This tour combines the ancient art of storytelling with historic research and documentation. Unlike a theatrical fantasy tour relying on costumes and camp, we draw heavily on the drama of history.
Discover why the unrested and living dead roam among us, especially in New Orleans.
Cemetery & Voodoo Tours New Orleans' past and present cultures are most intriguingly merged in her cemeteries, where you'll relive the stories of her people – their history, tragedy, and irony – amidst extraordinary architecture, unusual burial methods still in use, and decayed ruins thinly concealing human remains. This cemetery, St. Louis #1, is the city's oldest and a "must see" for every visitor's New Orleans adventure.
In addition to a detailed tour of St. Louis #1, we delve into the misunderstood practice of voodoo, exploring its West African origins and Catholic influences. Hear fascinating tales of New Orleans' most interesting figures, including voodoo queen Marie Laveau. We'll visit sites where mystical voodoo rituals still take place and give you a rare opportunity to visit an authentic voodoo temple where modern day practitioners worship.

I see them continuing to grow in popularity and being a "must do" activity in New Orleans as they have been for the last 10 years.
2. What would you personally consider to be the definitive proof that
ghosts are real?
I have had numerous personal experiences with ghosts in many forms.
I believe it is proof that there is life after death in some form.
3. What is the most real evidence you personally have uncovered so
far?
Personally seeing, speaking with and experiencing ghosts is the most
real evidence I have.
4. Are you skeptical of the claims other make of their findings?
Absolutely not.
5. If you could investigate your "Dream Haunted Hot Spot"
where would it be?
I am not interested in investigating any hot spot. I have been followed
home by ghosts before and would not want to have that experience again.
6. What was your first Paranormal encounter?
I am sure I have had prior experiences to this, but the first one
I remember at about age 5 is that of a woman who stood at the top
of the stairs of my Great Grandmothers early 19th cent. house in Georgetown,
DC. My grandmother would try to get my cousins and me to take a nap
in one of the bedrooms up there and when we looked up, a mean looking
woman in a long dress, hair in a bun would stand at the top of the
stairs with hands on hips and shaking her head back and forth. None
of us wanted to go up there and we didn't!
7. What is the best highlight a must see on your tour?
I feel that the entire French Quarter in New Orleans is spiritually
charged, but the LaLaurie Mansion is by far the place where most of
our guests experience things for themselves.
8. If you could work side by side with one of the Paranormal Investigator
greats, who would it be?
Edgar Cayce

10. What Question do people ask you most when you tell them your a
paranormal tour owner?
Ever seen one?
11. In your opinion, Where is the most Haunted city in America?
Hands down, New Orleans!
12. Do you feel more people should get involved with Ghost hunting
or Paranormal Investigation on ghost tours?
No. I think Paranormal investigation is not for the average Joe. It
takes patience and perseverance. Not something one can do on a 2 hour
tour.

The "NightSky's the limit!"
14. Paranormal or haunted Ghost tours do you see them growing?

Too many, but I do love the "Julie" story , LaLaurie story,
and the Sultans retreat

When I was telling the LaLaurie story in front of the house and the
ghost I was talking about showed up! The entire group was able to
see
it for themselves!
17. What is the hardest part about being a paranormal Tour guide?
I don't find it hard at all. It's fascinating.
18. What is the hardest thing about your business to deal with?
Post Katrina New Orleans. Misconceptions that we are still under water
or demolished. The French Quarter is very much intact and has been
since the storm. In fact it's cleaner than it's ever been!
19. Have you ever taken a ghost Tour other then your own? And, What
about it did you not like?
You bet I have! I take a ghost tour in just about every city I visit.
New Orleans has the best stories by far!
20. What in the field of ghost hunting and Paranormal Investigating
or ghost tours needs the most attention?
I feel that paranormal investigations are very different from a ghost
tour. As I said before, investigation is a serious matter and takes
a certain discipline. Ghost tours are more informative historically
but also offer an element of entertainment in story telling. Ultimately
we are honoring those we tell stories about because we have made them
immortal by keeping them alive in sharing their history.
