LISA LEE HARP WAUGH Is a necromancer in the 21st century. She is by what may call a real conduit to the world of the dead. She dressers in ceremonial robes, draws magical circles on the floor and commands spirits from Heaven, Hell and all places in between to appear before her and communicate with the living. As a teenager she studied heavily The Black Arts by Richard Cavendish and The Grand Grimoire by A.E Waite, the Malleus Maleficarum and anything she could get her hands on by the great by Eliphas Levi, John Dee and the great beast, Aleister Crowley.
A professional Necromancer and founder of the Sorcerers Guild of greater Houston, Texas. Waugh has been practicing and conducting rituals for many paranormal investigators for over 20 years. Waugh also paints many spiritual and common murals and lives in a small Texas town with her three dogs. She also over the years makes ceremonial candles and is active in ghost hunting in the deep South. Summoning the dead to communicate with the living is a natural daily occurrence for Waugh. "I have been doing this since I was a child." " When I lived in Galveston, Texas about 15 years ago, I was introduced to the ancient rights of ceremonial Necromancy as a ritual by a great shaman called Freebird, and because of him and his diligence to the art, I still practice it until this day." She then Got involved with the local Hoodoo Voodoo's of the area and new doors where opened to her concerning communicating with the dead.
Waugh was baptized and trained in the secret dark religion by Bianca The Voodoo Queen of New Orleans. Waugh lived in New Orleans for 3 years until she learned all about spells, hex's and how to hoodoo voodoo people as she says.
Waugh also owned and managed the fantastic Candle Making Company in Galveston, Texas for many years that catered to the eclectic patrons taste of many of the states visitors and just curious. She then moved to Houston's Famous Vodoun area 5th ward. This now where she resides to this day. Her home today is a testimony to Necromancy and her new found religion of Voodoo Hoodoo.
Necromantic practitioners such as Waugh conducts, and entails respect and reverence not only for the spirits of the dead, but for the spirits of Hell, Heaven and all places in between. Waugh has a large home one room she has painted black where she calls the good spirits. Another painted all black where she calls the infernal spirits.
Waugh is often compared today in her facial features and many similar practices as being a modern Dr. John Dee. He of course was one of the most fascinating characters of the Elizabethan period just as Waugh is recognized as such in modern times. The events of Dee's life are filled with science, experiments, astrology and mathematics which he aligned with magic, the supernatural and alchemy! All of which is Waugh's personal passion and driven honest beliefs. These are also stead fast traditions she does and true in practicing openly. A few of her select followers say she is the actual reincarnation of John Dee. Waugh also practices astrology, and is very continuously studying the Black Arts.

CONSIDERING THAT BACK IN THE 1960'S, EVERYONE THOUGHT THAT PEOPLE NOW WOULD BE TRAVELING AROUND WITH JET PACKS, AND HAVE PERSONAL ROBOTS DOING THEIR EVERY WISH, I HAVEN'T A CLUE. BUT WITH ALL THE NEW TECHNOLOGY COMING OUT, I WOULD HOPE THAT THIS FIELD WOULD HAVE A VERY POSTIVE FUTURE AND JUMPED TO GREAT LENGTHS THAN PRESENT. i THINK SOON EVERYONES CELL PHONE WILL RING AND IT WILL BE A REAL GHOST ON THE OTHER END.

2. What would you personally consider to be the definitive proof that ghosts are real?
ARE YOU BORN? DO YOU DIE? DO YO BELIEVE THAT THIS IS THE ONLY REALM OF LIFE? I DO NOT. I WOULD THINK THAT MY LIFE WOULD NOT BE JUST FOR HERE ON THIS EARTH. I THINK I HAVE MUCH MORE TO DO AND I HAVE SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO FROM HERE. WE ALL MAKE A "DENT" WHILE WE ARE EARTH BOUND. SOME OF US, CAN'T LET GO AND GET OFF AT THE NEXT BUS STOP. IT IS UP TO US TO HELP THEM JUMP OFF, TAKE THAT LEAP, SO THEY CAN GO ON AND ACCOMPLISH THEIR NEXT DUTIES.
3. What is the most real evidence you personally have uncovered so
far?
WELL, SITTING , LET'S SAY, IN THE AIRPORT, HAVEING A CONVERSATION
WITH SOME ONE ABOUT A BOOK I AM READING, ECT. AND REALIZE PEOPLE ARE
STAREING AT ME, AND THEN SEEING THAT THE PERSON I WAS TALKING TO IS
NOT THERE. OR, A CONFEDERATE OFFICER IN UNIFORM, ASKING ME TO HELP
THEM FIND THEIR HURT BUDDIE. OR MY GREATGRANDMOTHER STANDING IN THE
KITCHEN COOKING. THOSE ARE SOME OF MY DAILY EXPERIENCES. NO BIGGIE
FOR ME. I PERSONALLY HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS A EVIL SPIRIT. ONLY HELPLESS,
EARTH BOUND ONES, THAT EITHER CRY OUT FOR HELP, OR ACTUALLY THINK
THEY ARE STILL ONE OF US, AND HAVE NO CLUE THAT THEY HAVE PASSED ON.
4. Are you skeptical of the claims other make of their findings?
YES. THERE ARE SOME MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE OUT IN THIS WORLD, THAT WILL SAY ANYTHING, OR DO ANYTHING. YOU HAVE TO BE VERY CAREFUL. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE JUST LOST A LOVED ONE, AND THINK SOMEONE CAN JUST CALL THEM UP OUT OF THE BLUE. IT DOESN'T WORK LIKE THAT. SOME SPIRITS HAVE GONE ON TO THEIR NEXT LIVES, AND DO NOT EVEN WANT TO BE HERE AND COMMUNICATE WITH THE LIVING.

6. What was your first Paranormal encounter?
I GUESS I WAS ABOUT 4 YEARS OLD OR 5, SITTING OUTSIDE DIGGING IN THE YARD. A LITTLE GIRL WAS PLAYING WITH ME, WE WERE HAVEING A GOOD TIME. HER NAME WAS SARAH.AND MY LITTLE DOG THAT I HAD WAS HAVEING A FIT, BARKING AND GROWLING. MY MOTHER CAME OUTSIDE AND ASKED ME WHAT WAS WRONG. I SAID THAT ME AND SARAH WERE PLAYING AND TIP, MY DOG WOULDN'T LEAVE US ALONE. MY MOTHER SAID, THERE IS NO LITTLE GIRL HERE, AND SURE ENOUGH, THERE WAS NO SARAH THERE. JUST MY DOG. AND FROM THAT DAY ON, I SAW PEOPLE THAT WERE NOT THERE, AND TALKED TO THEM.
7. What scares you about Ghost Hunting or Paranormal Investigations?
LIKE I HAVE SAID BEFORE, I HAVE NEVER MET A EVIL SPIRIT. I DO NOT
BELIEVE IN EVIL SPIRITS. I THINK, AS THE GREAT GINA LANIER THINKS,
THAT IF YOU HAVE A MENTAL PROBLEM HERE ON EARTH, YOU CAN CARRY IT
ON TO THE OTHER SIDE. OR IF YOU ARE A MEAN PERSON HERE, YOU CAN BE
MEAN THERE ALSO. AND I CAME ACROSS A VERY VENGEFUL SPIRIT ONE TIME.
IT WAS A WOMAN THAT DIED, AND HER HUSBAND HAD REMARRIED. IN LIFE,
SHE HAD BEEN A VERY JEALOUS PERSON. WELL, THAT CARRIED ON. SHE WAS
DOING EVERYTHING SHE COULD TO MAKE HIS AND HIS NEW WIFE'S LIFE MISERABLE.
AND SHE WAS DOING A GOOD JOB!!! THEY WERE ALMOST TO THE POINT OF DIVORCE,
DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS HAPPENING . WE ALL THREE OF US, HAD TO
HELP HER UNDERSTAND THAT SHE HAD OTHER THINGS TO DO, TO GET OFF AT
HER NEXT BUS STOP.
