Confront your fears and don't panic. Always keep an open mind and believe that what your experiencing is real.
Use caution. The things you see in the movies, on cable tv shows or read on the internet is not how certain ghosts, UFO's, Aliens, or cryptids act or actually operate. No two experiences are ever the same or documented as such. There is always a real danger when the unknown is involved. And your life could be at risk because of a stupid mistake.
Never try to provoke a cryptid, taunt a ghost or fight an alien. Stay passive and think of what route of escape or level of safety you are at, at the moment. Are you just an observer of a strange occurrence are, or you part of the paranormal landscape and drama?
If you feel compelled to try to communicate with a Cryptid, alien or ghost then you should do so.
Most individuals are too stunned or frightened to move until the paranormal situation is over.
Try to fully observe your surroundings, the object, apparition or cryptid so that you can create a mental image of it in every detail. Try note time, as well as feelings and emotions you might feel. Of course we all know your heart is beating out of your chest so try to focus on something that is happening otherwise it might be safe for you to actually pass out at this moment.
Never run away. Cryptids have been known to attack individuals from behind. Especially large cats, wolves, werewolves and strange beasts. It has been recorded through myths and urban legends. Don't set out to see if it's true. Many believe and say a real ghost will follow you. And an alien is not apt to allow that to happen.

REAL PARANORMAL FALLOUT
What ever you do in the paranormal field it effects all of us. What ever you promote, document or act towards other individuals living dead or from other worlds it effects us all and cast a light of paranormal suspicion on us all when you publish your admissions. I get asked often how do we a paranormal explores get recognition? Or what are some Paranormal Experience examples of things that people believe science will one day explain?
Ghosts, Ufo's, Cryptids, and anything that involves the mind such as E.S.P. . Everyone with a paranormal mentality thinks that humans have this untapped potential for learning one day that everything we were told is not true or real is real! Of course, they always respond with, "Well, the current laws of physics are always changing, so how can you be so certain that these things aren't real?" Well, we can't prove these things don't exist, but then they never really lay themselves open for scientific investigation. That's why it's really problematic to talk about them as being real science. Hence the paranormal fallout rain begins.
Humans and Aliens might share DNA Roots, they may also share paranormal experiences with ghosts and cryptids as well. Who really knows. And if you do why aren't you telling?
Do you fear the Paranormal Fallout? Maybe you should.
