EL-USB-LITE
Data-Logger
The OM-EL-USB-LITE
is a low-cost temperature data logger
that measures and stores up to 4080
temperature readings over a -10 to 50°C
(14 to 122°F) measurement range.
It has a fixed 30-minute sample rate
and a battery life of 1 month with continuous
use. Press the button and a red/green
LED indicates whether a preset alarm
level has been breached. The data logger
is configured and the stored data is
downloaded by plugging the module into
a PC's USB port and running the control
software under Windows 98/2000/XP. The
downloaded data can be graphed, printed,
and exported to other applications.
A battery comes installed. To start
logging, pull out the tab.
Battery Replacement
The user should replace the battery
every month, or before logging critical
data. The OM-EL-USB-LITE does not lose
its stored readings when the battery
is discharged or replaced; however,
the data logging process will stop and
cannot restart until the battery has
been replaced and the logged data has
been downloaded to a PC.
For maximum logging
life, use only OM-EL-BATT-LITE replacement
batteries. Before replacing the battery,
remove the OM-EL-USB-LITE from the PC.
Note: Leaving the
OM-EL-USBLITE plugged into the USB port
for longer than required will shorten
battery life.
LED Flashing Modes
The OM-EL-USB-LITE has a bicolor LED
status light. To save power, it operates
for only a short time after the pushbutton
is released.

TN2
IR thermometer with laser
The TN2 is possibly
the smallest non-contact infrared thermometer
with laser alignment on the market today.
Simply aim the thermometer at the target
and press the read button to display
the surface temperature. The TN2 indicates
temperature over the range of -33 to
+250°C with a resolution of 0.1°C.
The distance to target
ratio is 3:1 The TN2 infrared thermometer
incorporates maximum, minimum and lock
(continuous) functions and is switchable
between °C and °F. The unit
is supplied with a default emissivity
of 0.95, however, the emissivity can
be changed from 0.01 to 1.
Temperature & Humidity
Data-Logger
The digital data-logger
can record temperature from -40 to +85°C
and humidity from 0 to 100% RH. Each
TR datalogger incorporates two bright,
flashing LEDs. The yellow LED indicates
the logger is active and logging, the
red LED indicates the pre-set alarm
levels have been exceeded. There is
a digital display on this data-logger
so that you can view the current temperature
without downloading the data.
The TR digital data-loggers
can be programmed to record at given
time intervals, as often as once a second
up to every two hours. The unit is powered
by a replaceable 3.6 volt lithium battery
with a life expectancy of up to one
year or three months continuous use
in non-sleep mode. The TR data-loggers
incorporate a real-time clock and enough
memory to store 16,000 samples/readings.
Via the TRLog software, the user can
select the start mode - immediate via
PC software, schedule a start time or
a manual magnetic start, give each TR
data-logger a unique ID and set the
high and low alarm values.
PLEASE NOTE: you will
require the PC interface cradle and
software (product code EL82) to activate
and download the data from this data-logger.
Only one cradle and software required
for however many data-loggers you use.

TR cradle & printer
The TR data-logger software allows the
data to be displayed as a graph, a data
table or statistically, within seconds
of clicking on the start download icon.
The data can be analysed by zooming
in, storing to disc or copying into
other software packages. The units are
programmed via a PC interface datalogger
cradle, supplied with a USB or serial
connector, or a combined portable printer
and programmer is available.
