This fix is really quite simple and many ghost hunters have adopted this as part of their practice in investigating hauntings and paranomal activity. Ghost hunting in the dark is nothing new. but many have taken up the techniques of Ghost Hunter Gina Lanier.
Known for her cutting age ideas and findings. Lanier will do at least two investigations of homes and business's with a total black out. Yes this means turning off all the power to the location. Try investigating the home with all power to the location off.
Another tip is to unplug devices that aren’t in use. "They’re small energy losses, that these items produce often will feed a ghosts energy, or cause an individual to experience things they deem paranomal.,” SaysLanier, " Try investigating a home step by step, unplufg items and also re investigate when all are plugged in." "Especially when people have home offices in a bedroom I find that hauntings and paranomal activity occur more often."
"The average household spends more than $250 annually on standby power, according to the U.S. Department of Energy. That figure is easily reduced by plugging your cellphone, iPod and other chargers into a single power strip that can be turned off when not in use", says Lanier. "While you’re at it, make sure to unplug devices you don’t use frequently, like the printer in your home office." "Your home office might be the source of your haunting or paranomal activity. "
Doing an energy audit. This will tell you how and when you use energy and where the wastage and leaks occur. It might also tell you why a ghost sor paranomal activity happens in a certain part of your home more so then in other rooms. Often the electrical fields that they cause can cause real as well as delusional paranomal activity. Some ideas may be as simple as don’t leave the coffee machine on at all times and you won't see a ghost.

This ePaper, written by Metaphysicist and Bestselling Author Dr. Theresa M. Kelly expresses the need for Para Ethics to protect non-threatening spirits from harm that can be the result of paranormal investigative equipment and “ghost busting” methodology. The author explains her reasoning why it is unethical to exorcise non-threatening spirits due to the harm that can come from removing a spirit from its space. She also lists many everyday objects and activities that can be detrimental to a spirit. The author includes a brief description of different types of spirits including poltergeists and explains how to tell the difference between types and whether it is unethical to exorcise that type of spirit. In this paper the author proposes that the spirit of a deceased human being does qualify under the definition of Conscious and therefore all spirits should be treated as though they are living entities entitled to rights and laws.
