Greg And Judy Myers

Haunted America Tours would like to be the first to congratulate "The Myers" along with our millions of visitors to this web site each month.

Greg Myers Paranormal Task Force Founder.

If their was an award for The best husband and wife team of Paranormal Investigators. It would to to Greg and Judy Myers. Well they have been referred to as the best married Ghost Hunting Couple of the year by me if that counts for anything.

Greg Myers has had personal paranormal encounters since being a teen and has years of paranormal investigative experience. He is well versed with haunting classifications, paranormal investigative techniques and leadership through example. Greg has served as a technician and supervisor while serving in the military and has further enhanced his education and abilities with legal issues while serving over ten years in the legal field. With his background of legal issues, lobbying experience and issue advocation, he hopes to apply these skills to the enactment and strengthening of "haunted house" and "psychological impact" disclosure laws for prospective property owners, tenets and lessees. Greg also has an extensive background in genealogical research and familiarization with record research vital to the research of potential haunted properties.

Greg is one that shares the philosophy that paranormal investigations can come with many unknown dangers which are not properly addressed by most of the paranormal research field. This and other important issues are overlooked and need further advocation to current and future researchers and investigators within this field. Greg adheres to a Humanistic Approach to investigations which always places the client first above everything else.

Greg became part of MISSOURI PARANORMAL RESEARCH™ in August of 2005 serving as a co- administrator, lead investigator and EVP specialist. While serving with MPR, Greg became an instrumental element in the collection and analysis of evidence in a case involving an extreme "inhuman" haunting and possession. This Haunting was featured on the Discovery Channel's "A Haunting" series as the Season 3 opener in October 2006. Greg then co-founded PARANORMAL TASK FORCE, Inc. in October 2006. PARANORMAL TASK FORCE™, Inc. is a not for profit incorporation which educates and promotes the awareness of paranormal research as well as other historical and paranormal related issues along with providing assistance to the public and other organizations. MISSOURI PARANORMAL RESEARCH™ now serves as its non-extreme investigative and research division while other divisions will be launched making Paranormal Task Force™, Inc. a "One Stop" resource for all paranormal needs of clients, the public and other organizations as well.

Greg has been a featured guest on many radio stations across the US, UK, and Canada and has completed filming earlier this year (2007) with Keith Age and The Booth Brothers for "Children of the Grave" which will be released on October 2, 2007. He also served as a Location Manager for that project. He also completed filming for the Exspiro Productions documentary "The Other Side" which was released earlier this year (2007). Greg has also authored articles and short stories concerning his experiences within the paranormal realms and theories related to such which are published on the World Wide Web. Some of these articles and stories have been selected for inclusion in “Weird Hauntings II” and “Weird Missouri” which will be published in the near future.

Greg has also recently been added to the League of Paranormal Gentlemen.

"Your One Stop Paranormal Resource Center"

If you think the Warren's were great then you'll love the info and paranormal stories this haunted couple have to tell.

Greg Heads up Paranormal Task Force and his wonderful wife Judy, Founder of Paravoyance a diviisional team that Hunts and researchers real ghost and activity with a Sensitive or psychic point of view.

The every great Jufy Myers Or Paravoyance.

Judy is considered a Clairvoyant and Psychic Medium by many, however Judy has considered this gift "a curse" since childhood. Judy has had a Near Death Experience (NDE) while she was a teenager, an experience which only heightened her gift with its full inclusion into all six areas of perception; Clairvoyance, Clairsentience, Clairaudience, Clairalience, Claircognizance and Clairgustance.

Throughout her life Judy has always been exposed to the paranormal against her own will which has given her a very different perception of both life and the after life. It was finally her husband whose interest of helping others experiencing the darker side of paranormal activity finally brought light to how Judy could apply her gift.

Judy became part of MISSOURI PARANORMAL RESEARCH™ in August of 2005 serving as an assistant administrator and sensitive investigator. Since serving in the paranormal investigative and research field, Judy has become an invaluable resource in assisting on investigations where her gift has been used partially to determine equipment placement resulting in concrete captures of the unknown. Her gift has also been very beneficial in the determination of haunting sources, potential dangers and allows closure to be brought to clients seeking such. Both research and evidentiary captures have validated her gift as both real and accurate to others.

Judy became an instrumental element in a case involving an extreme "inhuman" haunting and possession. This Haunting was featured on the Discovery Channel's "A Haunting" series as the Season 3 opener in October 2006. Judy then co-founded PARANORMAL TASK FORCE, Inc. in October 2006. Paranormal Task Force, Inc. is a not for profit incorporation which educates and promotes the awareness of paranormal research as well as other historical and paranormal related issues along with providing assistance to the public and other organizations. MISSOURI PARANORMAL RESEARCH now serves as its non-extreme investigative and research division.

In July 2007 Judy founded PARAVOYANCE™, a new division of PARANORMAL TASK FORCE™, Inc., devoted to the psychic and other metaphysical aspects of paranormal realms. PARAVOYANCE™ not only assists clients and other divisions of Paranormal Task Force, but also other individuals and organizations as well.

Judy completed filming as a sensitive investigator along with her daughter earlier part of (2007) with
Keith Age and The Booth Brothers for "Children of the Grave" which was released on October 2, 2007.

Past Best Paranormal Couples of the year

2004: The Warren's, Ed And Lorraine Warren

The first couple of the paranormal in America. Ed Warren (September 7, 1926 - August 23, 2006) was a self-described demonologist, author and lecturer. Lorraine Warren, his wife, claimed to be both a clairvoyant and a light trance medium. The latter is featured in several episodes of the Discovery series A Haunting, in which she discusses some of the cases she and Ed worked on as paranormal investigators.

The Warren's, Ed And Lorraine Warren

The Warrens founded the New England Society for Psychic Research in 1952 and later opened the Occult Museum. They are the authors of numerous books about the paranormal and their own private investigations into various hauntings. They claimed to have investigated over 10,000 hauntings during their career. The Warrens were among the very first investigators in the controversial Amityville haunting.

The Warrens were responsible for training several current paranormal investigating demonologists including Dave Considine, Lou Gentile, and their nephew John Zaffis.

Notable Warren investigations
The Amityville horror case in which New York couple George and Katy Lutz claimed that their house was haunted by a violent, demonic presence so intense that it eventually drove them out of their home. Later researchers would cast considerable doubt on the claims made by both the Lutz family and virtually everyone involved in the case. Though the case has never proven to be a legitimate paranormal occurrence, these alleged events would become the basis for the 1977 best-selling book The Amityville Horror and a 1979 movie of the same name.

The case of Bill Ramsey, in which the Warrens claim to have exorcised a "werewolf demon" from a man who had bitten several people, believing himself to be a wolf. Controversy remains as to whether Bill Ramsey was actually possessed by a demon or was instead suffering from a mental illness. The events surrounding this case were later described in a 1991 book written by the Warrens.

The hauntings that allegedly occurred in the home of Pennsylvania residents Jack and Janet Smurl. The manifestations in the Smurl home were reported to include all manner of poltergeist phenomena, including strange sounds, foul smells and sightings of apparitions. The Warrens became involved and claimed that the Smurl home was occupied by three spirits and a demon. Both Jack and Janet Smurl would also claim to have been sexually assaulted by the entities in their home. Later, other investigators working independently from the Warrens would point out the lack of corroboration by independent observers for the events claimed by both the Warrens and the Smurls. These same investigators would further note the lack of any kind of impartial physical evidence and even suggested that a financial motive on the part of Jack Smurl might be involved. The case was the subject of both a book and a 1991 television movie called The Haunted.

Dead On Productions also syndicates original shows by independent producers. Shows are sold online as podcasts.

Laine Crosby is an Investigative Medium, I work on missing person cases, and with authors, historians, archaeologists and paranormal investigators to help understand what history has not revealed. Mark Nesbitt's recent book, Fredericksburg & Chancellorsville: The Ghost Hunter's Field Guide to Civil War Battlefields, documents much of the work Mark and I have done together in these two historic cities over the past year and a half.

Laine began her professional writing career at the age of sixteen when she became the student editor for The Purple Cow, an Atlanta monthly, with a circulation of 40,000. Upon obtaining a scholarship for her writing, Laine attended Agnes Scott College and became the Advertising Editor of the campus newspaper and later worked her way through graduate school as a freelance writer, writing for corporations, magazines and newspapers.

Laine's corporate career spans two decades where she worked in the capacity of director/vice president, building businesses, positioning brands, and launching products for major corporations and start-up companies. Since 2005, Laine has worked as an investigative medium (investigativemedium.com), and spends time working on murder cases, writing about her adventures as a medium, and producing original programming for The Ghost Channel, which can be seen as web casts and downloaded to ipods, computers, and televisions.

Laine's online and broadcast media experience began at The Weather Channel where she worked several years directing and managing all marketing efforts for The Weather Channel Web site (weather.com) brand and launch, 1-900-WEATHER, Radio and Newspaper Distribution, and syndication of The Weather Channel across various interactive delivery media including email and wireless technologies. Laine also managed publicity for weather.com, and was one of two spokespersons for The Weather Channel, where she wrote, produced and directed numerous ads and in-flight segments.

Laine's experience also includes the marketing launch of Wachovia Investments, the investment subsidiary of Wachovia Corporation (NYSE:WB); Coca-Cola USA (NYSE:KO) the Burger King account; the product launch of Kellogg's (NYSE:K) Banana Nut Cereal; and director of marketing for several high-tech start-ups spawned from Georgia Tech's prestigious incubator, the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC). Laine earned an M.B.A. in marketing from Georgia State University, a B.A. in economics from Agnes Scott College, and certificates from Georgia Institute of Technology (ecommerce), the University of London (international law) and the University of Tours (international finance). Laine spent many years as a publicist and corporate writer, and after leaving The Weather Channel, she owned the Atlanta-based marketing and public relations firm, the redd group, until she relocated to Maryland in 2004.

Laine moved to a haunted house on an old Maryland plantation and life has never been the same. The shock of leaving the city life was compounded by the realization that she had psychic abilities. Laine's work as a medium has been in The Washington Post, The San Francisco Chronicle, The Baltimore Examiner, and Maryland's The Daily News and Record among other local and national papers. She has appeared on the Michael Medved Show, Eerie Pennsylvania with Brad Christman, and the syndicated Travel Host show with Jeff Campbell, as well as many times on the local WB and Fox News affiliates for Baltimore and DC. She can be seen on the Ghosts of Gettysburg episode of The Travel Channel's Mysterious Journeys, now airing. Laine is a transmedium and is clairaudient, clairsentient, and clairvoyant. Laine has helped historians, historical organizations, authors and archaeologists discover details about the history of locations in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

Mark Nesbitt and Laine are business partners and own the newly launched Ghost Channel (www.ghostchannel.tv), and the duo also host the vastly popular Internet talk show, Ghost Talkers, available as a download on the Ghost Channel, and web cast at www.ghosttalkers.net. Laine owns The Paranormal Place, www.theparanormalplace.com, which is a paranormal Drudge Report, a one-stop shop for paranormal news, Who's Who in the paranormal industry, and investigations.

Laine's current projects include Ghost Talkers and a non-fiction book about how she moved to a nineteenth century Maryland plantation and literally woke up talking to dead people- and they talked back! Investigative Medium: The Awakening will make you laugh, cry, and quiver as soon as the summer of 2008.

Laine Crosby lives with her husband Chris, eight-year-old twins, and Jack Russell, Steve, in northern Maryland.
