REAL EVIDENCE OF A GHOST CAUGHT ON FILM, VIDEO AND PHOTOS
BELIEVE IT OR BELIEVE IT NOT ~ THE ACTUAL ONLY CHOICE IN BELIEVING GHOST ARE REAL ... IS TRUELY YOURS.
By Mac Winston
Many people have real evidence of ghosts being real and often don't realize it. they also are skeptical of what evidence they have and at times they are frequently very afraid to share it in fear of ridicule.
Many also feel that ghost tours have a direct effect on how we as living beings view the dead. Many cities and sate governments not only believe or promote the fact that ghosts and ghost tours exist that they will go out of their way to promote it. But the official stand in the world is ghost are not real!
Officials in Alabama's historic Black Belt region hope that story and others like it will make tourism rise as well. In an effort to cash in on the history of things that may or may not go bump in the night, city officials here and across the USA are increasingly turning to ghost tales and trails to boost tourism.
The Southwest Alabama Regional Tourism and Film Office is working to establish a ghost trail stretching through the 18 counties that make a swath through the middle of the state starting this summer. Named for its rich black prairie soil, the Black Belt was where cotton was king before and after the Civil War. "The Black Belt is rich in the history and culture of the Scots-Irish settlers and the African Americans who toiled as slaves," says Linda Vice, of the tourism office. "Both cultures valued story telling as a way to preserve their history, and both cultures understood the concept of second sight and a spirit world. So we have plenty of stories of ghosts and 'haints' to chose from for our trail."
Not so long ago many people who talked of ghost were considered off their rockers. The same for Ufo, bigfoot and those that all explore our very haunted paranormal world. But why is none of these things with all the video, and ghost photos that exist declared real?
Tom Halstead of Missouri Paranormal Research & Ghosts & Haunts in Missouri captured a possible apparition on 35mm film from the time noted above when he saw the human size glow move up the stairway and past him. Preliminary analysis by Greg Best of the Oracle Paranormal Research Society (O.P.R.S) shows that this picture is truly "unexplainable" and most likely impossible to recreate. He noted how self illuminating the anomaly was and even casting such light from it upon the boarded up window, wall and even the staircase railings. The negative will be sent to Kodak laboratories and professionals for further analysis. Both teams involved will also have to attempt the recreation of this capture on a follow-up investigation to rule out other possible explainable causes within the environment of that area of this house.
In my belief it is because we as a populous have no 100% government, Church or moral standings as told on a whole that this is real. We are taught in schools around the world that the paranormal is not normal and not real. It may help the sanity of those weaker will individuals but it actually galls us in the know to no end.

REAL PARANORMAL HEROS
Hanz Holzer beliefs as the father of American ghost Hunter should never be ignored.
Hans Holzer (January 26, 1920 – April 26, 2009) was an Austrian-born, American pioneering paranormal researcher and author. He wrote well over 100 books on supernatural and occult subjects for the popular market as well as several plays, musicals, films, and documentaries, and hosted a television show, "Ghost Hunter".
Holzer was born in Vienna, Austria. His interest in the supernatural was sparked, at a young age, by stories told to him by his uncle Henry. He went on to study archaeology and ancient history at the University of Vienna but sensing that war was imminent, his family decided it was unsafe to stay in Austria and left the country for New York City in 1938. He studied japanese at Columbia University and comparative religion and parapsychology at London College of Applied Science - obtaining a Ph.D. He went on to teach parapsychology at the New York Institute of Technology.
His extensive involvement in researching the supernatural included investigating The Amityville Horror and some of the most prominent haunted locations around the world. He also worked with well-known trance mediums such as Ethel Johnson-Meyers, Sybil Leek, and Marisa Anderson. Holzer was famous for creating the term "The Other Side" or in full "The Other Side of Life". He is also credited with having coined the term ghost hunter which was the title of his first book on the paranormal published in 1963.
Holzer believed in life after death, and the existence of ghosts, spirits, and "stay behinds": Ghosts were, according to him, imprints left in the environment which could be "picked up" by sensitive people; Spirits were intelligent beings who could interact with the living; while "stay behinds" were those who found themselves earth-bound after death. He also believed in reincarnation and the existence of "levels of consciousness".
Holzer's most famous investigation was into the so-called The Amityville Horror case. In January, 1977 Holzer and spiritual medium Ethel Myers entered 112 Ocean Avenue in Amityville, New York. Meyers' claimed that the house had been built over an ancient Native American burial ground and the angry spirit of a Shinnecock Indian Chief - "Rolling Thunder" - had possessed the previous occupant, Ronald Defeo Jr., driving him to murder his family. Photographs taken at the scene revealed curious anomalies - such as the halos which appeared in the images of bullet holes made in the original 1974 murders. Holzer's claim that the house was built on Indian sacred land was, however, denied by the local "Amityville Historical Society" and it was pointed out that it was the Montaukett Indians, and not the Shinnecocks who had been the original settlers in the area. Despite this, Holzer went on to write several books about the subject.
1982 documentary by prolific metaphysical writer Brad Steiger about the UFO and Alien phenomena. Especially noteworthy is this program's emphasis on the Starseed or Starpeople aspect of the ET phenomena. Includes an interview with Francie Steiger, who co-authored the book "The Star People" with Brad Steiger in 1981.
The Edge Radio Broadcast Live Show - Ghosts, Monsters and Unexplained 29th March, 2008. Daniel Ott speaks to Brad Steiger. Brad Steiger Master Ghost Hunter will be Daniel's guest this Saturday for a ghostly good conversation. Brad Steiger is the author/coauthor of 154 books with over 17 million copies in print. His first published articles on the unexplained appeared in 1956, and he has now written more than 2,000 articles with paranormal themes. From 1970-'73, his weekly newspaper column, The Strange World of Brad Steiger, was carried domestically in over 80 newspapers and overseas from Bombay to Tokyo. "The unseen world is very near," says Steiger, who adds that he believes ghosts are all around us. The Bell Witch case (Steiger recommends this DVD about it) from the 1820's is one of the most extreme accounts of a poltergeist, involving murder, objects appearing out of thin air, and a voice that made future predictions. Another intriguing case involves a "talking" mongoose on the Isle of Man, which may actually have been an animal possessed by a spirit, says Steiger. He suggests that if people are concerned over possession they follow tips posted on his web site. Brad has been a guest on Jeff Rense and Coast to Coast as well as many other shows.

Personal life and beliefs
Steiger is married to Sherry Hansen Steiger, a former model. He is a former high school teacher, and college instructor. He began writing when he was a school teacher in his native Iowa when he had writings published in Fate Magazine and other publications. Throughout the 1960s Steiger co-wrote 22 books with other writers. Steiger claims to be politically independent, and cynical of politics. He lists his political heroes, however, as Jonathan Swift, Benjamin Franklin, and Thomas Jefferson. When asked about individuals he admired, Steiger listed Ralph Waldo Emerson, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, Mark Twain, William Shakespeare, Jesus Christ, Mary Magdalene, William James, Fredric W.H. Myers, Rudolf Steiner, Sir William Crookes, and Mario Lanza as those he would have liked to have met.
In an online interview with Dan Schneider, Steiger claimed to be an 'Emersonian transcendentalist,' and summed up his philosophy this way:
I believe humankind is part of a larger community of intelligences, a complex hierarchy of powers and principalities, a potentially rich kingdom of interrelated species, both physical and nonphysical. I believe that humankind’s one truly essential factor is its spirituality. The artificial concepts to which we have given the designation of sciences are no truer than dreams, visions, and inspirations. The quest for absolute proof or objective truth may always be meaningless and unattainable when it seeks to define and limit our Soul, which I believe is eternal, evolving higher, seeking to return to the Source from whence it came. I believe that technology plays a far smaller role in the lives of nations than the spirit, for the essence of humankind is its intellect and its Soul. Machines, associations, political parties, and trade balances are but transitory realities that must ultimately wither, decay, and come to nothing. The only lasting truths are Soul, imagination, and inspiration.
Steiger and his wife are also animal lovers and believers in animal rights. Steiger claims, "We are appalled by any mistreatment of animals—chemical testing, dogfights, rooster fights, bull fights. We must learn to respect all living things if we are to survive with dignity as a species. I doubt if I could live for any length of time without a dog. Fortunately, my wife and children feel the same. We are all dog owners. Dogs are our connection with nature and the Earth Mother.

Otherworldly Affaires: Haunted Lovers, Phantom Spouses, and Sexual Molesters from the Shadow World BY Brad Steiger
THE GREATEST POWER OF ALL Of all the forces that move men and women, none is more powerful than that of love and sexual desire. This primal impulse apparently extends into the otherworld and is responsible for some of the most astounding chapters in the literature of psychic phenomena. Here are amazing yet absolutely true stories of - apparitions of lovers seen at their moment of death, - jealous lovers who have sought vengeance from beyond the grave, - sexual molesters from the other world, - warnings and advice from lovers who have passed over, - passionate liaisons between psychic mediums and their contacts, - seducers from UFOs, and even more extraordinary tales. Originally published as HAUNTED LOVERS, this book contains a multitude of actual case histories, many of which were recorded here for first time. BRAD STEIGER has been writing about the paranormal for more than four decades, during which he has produced more than 160 books on the subject. He regards this work, which was certainly ahead of its time, as one of his best books on the paranormal.
With 162 books authored and over 17 million in print he is one of the biggest names in para- normal subjects.

Sybil Leek (February 22, 1917 - October 26, 1982) was an English witch, astrologer, psychic, and occult author. She wrote more than sixty books on occult and esoteric subjects. She was dubbed "Britain’s most famous witch" by the BBC.
Because she rose to media fame in the 1950s after the repeal of the 1735 Witchcraft Act in 1951, she had an effect upon the formation of neopagan witchcraft, namely the religion of Wicca.
Sybil Leek
1922-1982
At the same time, an American publishing house had approached Sybil to speak about her new antique book ‘A Shop in the High Street’ on a TV programme in the States. She took the opportunity to go, and flew to New York. While in New York, she was contacted by Hans Holzer, a parapsychologist, who invited her to join him investigating psychic phenomena. They went on to do numerous TV and radio programmes on the subject.
She then moved to Los Angeles where she met Dr. Israel Regardie, an authority on Kabbalah and ritual magic, and they spent much of their time together discussing and practicing the Golden Dawn rituals together.
Strong in defense of her beliefs, Sybil sometimes differed and even quarreled with other witches. She disapproved of nudity in rituals, a requirement in some traditions, and was strongly against the use of drugs, but she was at odds with most other witches in that she did believe in cursing. She was also one of the first of the modern day witches to take up environmental causes.
Sybil died at her Melbourne, Florida home on 26 October 1982.

In late May 2006 I got to the lucky chance to meet the great american Necromancer, Lisa Lee Harp Waugh at a Paranormal Conference in the UK. She was there hoping to hear and meet the great researcher and author Titus Rivas as was I.

Titus is a researcher and author living in Holland with a formal university degree in both philosophy and psychology, comparable to the English titles of MA and MSc respectively. He heads the Dutch group Athanasia, a serious foundation for the philosophical and parapsychological study of personal survival after death, personal reincarnation and the personal evolution of the soul or spirit. Titus is widely accepted as one of Europe's leading experts on the subjects of Reincarnation and the possibility of the survival of the soul after death. Titus has written several books on psychical research, and philosophy, and was involved in an international case study in Hungary and Spain by the Society for Psychical Research.
I just happened to be lucky enough to recognize The American Necromancer and got a chance to chit up a chat. And with me I had brought my personal Digital voice recorder to to make notes so i asked her some serious questions on what ghosts and real proof actually was. I recorded her Q&A on Sunday, the 14th of May 2006 at the Freemasons Hall, Sale, Cheshire, England.
LISA LEE HARP WAUGH
The first lady of conjuring the Dead. The ancient art pf Necromancy is still alive today with Waugh at it's main investigator. LISA LEE HARP WAUGH Is a necromancer in the 21st century. She is by what may call a real conduit to the world of the dead. She dressers in ceremonial robes, draws magical circles on the floor and commands spirits from Heaven, Hell and all places in between to appear before her and communicate with the living. As a teenager she studied heavily The Black Arts by Richard Cavendish and The Grand Grimoire by A.E Waite, the Malleus Maleficarum and anything she could get her hands on by the great by Eliphas Levi, John Dee and the great beast, Aleister Crowley. www.ghosthuntersofamerica.com
A professional Necromancer and founder of the Sorcerers Guild of greater Houston, Texas. Waugh has been practicing and conducting rituals for many paranormal investigators for over 20 years. Waugh also paints many spiritual and common murals and lives in a small Texas town with her three dogs. She also over the years makes ceremonial candles and is active in ghost hunting in the deep South. Summoning the dead to communicate with the living is a natural daily occurrence for Waugh. "I have been doing this since I was a child." " When I lived in Galveston, Texas about 15 years ago, I was introduced to the ancient rights of ceremonial Necromancy as a ritual by a great shaman called Freebird, and because of him and his diligence to the art, I still practice it until this day." "However, if a spirit has something vital to impart to you, they will call upon you, not vice-versa and no ritual is needed".
Question: Can you prove to me or the world that ghosts are real?
Waugh: Personally I don't think I can prove anything to anyone including myself. You can witness what I do as I do it. At times I doubt myself and even think it is all some grand Illusion. only you as a living person can honestly truly believe in what you see and experience. And if it does not happen to you personally then you have the right to research it and analize it to see if you can make yourself either believe or not believe.
Question: Do You think there is real proof or documentation that paranormal things are real that someone has deemed fake and the world takes their word for it? Like the Roswell Incident or a ufo or ghost photo?
Waugh: I very much as I just said believe what I believe. And can give you what I know as truth is truth to me. The public takes someone at their solemn word that you hold at high and stemmed. Be it a President a King or a Regal Queen.
If they say it is so it is so.
But if your Religion or family or the group you adhere to says no then your at a crossroads.
I believe in my heart that too many real things are said to be not real. Only you and you alone should believe what you want to.
I was possessed by the ghost of Charles Ponzi once and I know it was a fact.
Can I ask you a question? ( I said, YES.)
Do you believe me?
Ed and Lorraine Warren are the original ghostbusters. They were involved in supernatural and paranormal research for over forty (40) years.
The Warrens have been called the nations top psychic researchers for over 3 decades, and have lectured extensively at colleges and universities through out the country. They were 2 of only a handful of investigators ever allowed into the infamous "Amityville Horror" home and have the only pictures ever taken inside the house.
The Warrens have had 2 movies made of their cases, one "The Haunted" from their book, and the other "The Demon Murder Case'' also from their book "The Devil in Connecticut."
Ed Warren (September 7, 1926 - August 23, 2006) was a self-proclaimed demonologist, author and lecturer. Lorraine Warren (January 31, 1927- ), his wife, is a professed clairvoyant and a light trance medium who worked closely with her husband.
The Warrens founded the New England Society for Psychic Research in 1952 and later opened the Occult Museum. They are the authors of numerous books about the paranormal and their own private investigations into various hauntings. They claimed to have investigated over 10,000 hauntings during their career. The Warrens were among the very first investigators in the controversial Amityville haunting.
Over the years, rumors have abounded which claim to prove the Amityville case a fraud. How these rumors started and how they became so ubiquitous is unclear; what is clear is that the Warrens saw the house for themselves, and experienced some of the phenomena which occurred. They have photographs and reports which show remarkable proof of the existence of very remarkable phenomena in that house.
Ed Warren lived in a haunted house as a boy from the are of five until twelve. Ed's father, a police officer at that time, would always say, "ed, there's a logical reason for everything that happens in this house." But, when Ed was lying in bed and the closet door open up at night, it would wake him up. He would look in the closet and see a large globule-like ball and then a face of an elderly lady in that ball. Ed would think to himself, "There's a logical reason for all of this . . ." but by the time he thought that he would be halfway to his parents bedroom. That's how a forty (40) years study of the paranormal started for Ed.
Ed Warren was born September 7, 1926, in Bridgeport, Conn.; died August 23 at his home in Monroe, Conn.; married May 22, 1945, in Bridgeport to Lorraine Moran, who survives him; also survived by his daughter, Judy Spera, two grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Lorraine Warren started had her first experiences around the age of nine years old. Lorraine would see lights around prople. But the lights she could see around people she thought everyone could see. She did not know anything about the human aura. Lorraine was brought up in a private Catholic scool and she couldn't share things like that with the nuns. She tried to discuss what she was seeing at home but it was only accepted as long as it was talked about as a joke and light hearted. It was not until she met Ed Warren that her ghostly life started.
The hauntings that allegedly occurred in the home of Pennsylvania residents Jack and Janet Smurl. The manifestations in the Smurl home were reported to include all manner of poltergeist phenomena, including strange sounds, foul smells and sightings of apparitions. The Warrens became involved and claimed that the Smurl home was occupied by three spirits and a demon. Both Jack and Janet Smurl would also claim to have been sexually assaulted by the entities in their home.
Lorraine Warren continue to investigate paranormal activity today. She can be seen on A&E Network series, "Paranormal State," which stars the Penn State Paranormal Research Society.
Ed and Lorraine Warren's most famous cases are, The Amityville Horror, Bill Ramsey the Werewolf and Jack and Janet Smurl haunting (made into movie title "The Haunted".

Chip Coffey is a clairvoyant, clairaudient and clairsentient psychic, as well as a fully-conscious medium.Interview with Chip Coffey Part1 (Dec 5th)
Roswell ghost tour with Chip Coffey 2008
Chip Coffey is an internationally acclaimed psychic, medium, paranormal investigator, lecturer and writer. He is the great-grandson of famed Native American medicine woman Minnie Sue Morrow Foster. (He is also distantly related to General Robert E. Lee and Thomas Coffey, an actor who performed with Edwin and John Wilkes Booth.)
Chip was born in Upstate New York, spent much of his childhood in South Carolina, and now resides in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia.
His psychic abilities manifested themselves when he was a young child and, after successful careers in counseling, the entertainment industry and travel management, he began working full-time as a psychic and medium in late 2001. Since that time, he has conducted over 10,000 readings for clients all around the world.
Author of 49 books about history, hauntings and the unexplained in America for Whitechapel Press and Barnes & Noble Press respectively. He is the founder and president of the “American Ghost Society”, a national network of ghost hunters that collects stories of ghost sightings and haunted houses and uses investigative techniques to track down evidence of the supernatural.
Taylor was born on September 24, 1966 in Decatur, Illinois, a Midwestern city that is steeped in legend and lore. Even the hospital in which he was born is allegedly haunted by a phantom nun! He grew up fascinated with “things that go bump in the night”, as well as the writings of haunted travel writer Richard Winer and legendary ghost hunter, Harry Price. In school, Taylor was well-known for his interest in the paranormal and often took friends on informal ghost tours of haunted places all over downstate Illinois. He would later turn this interest into his full-time career.
In 1989, Taylor started working in a bookstore and a few years later, he wrote his first book on ghosts. It was called Haunted Decatur and delved into the ghosts and hauntings of the city where he grew up. He also created a tour that took guests to places that he had written about in the book. The book became an immediate success and its popularity, along with his previous experiences with ghost hunting, established Taylor as an authority on the supernatural. The book and tour led to media and public appearances and numerous requests to investigate ghostly phenomena.
In 1996, Taylor organized a group of ghost enthusiasts into an investigation team and the American Ghost Society was launched, gained over 600 members in the years that followed. The organization continues today as one of America’s largest and most honored research groups.
In 1998, Taylor moved his operations, which now included the American Ghost Society, a history and hauntings bookstore and a publishing company called Whitechapel Press, to Alton, Illinois, near St. Louis. In Alton, Taylor started his second tour company, Alton Hauntings, which took guests to local haunted places in the small Mississippi River town. He would go on to put the place on the map as “one of the most haunted small towns in America.”

This video below is a Halloween special on Greenwood Cemetery in Decatur, IL. Featuring Troy Taylor. Please keep in mind this is from 1996 and quality, effects, etc isnt the greatest but serves its purpose. No other videos or documentation has been done since then, but I would like to see an updated documentary on Greenwood, Peck etc using todays technology. I might be the one to step up and do that one day. BTW this only covers a very small portion of the claims and stories in this cemetery.

Jason Conrad Hawes (born December 27, 1971 in Canandaigua, New York) is the founder of The Atlantic Paranormal Society (TAPS), based in Warwick, Rhode Island. He is also one of the stars and co-producers of Sci-Fi Channel's Ghost Hunters, which has just started its fifth season.
Hawes has varied interests outside of TAPS, which include the fine arts,[citation needed] deep-sea fishing, martial arts, camping, hiking, writing books, screenplays, and cooking. He also spends a great deal of time participating in charity events,[citation needed] raising money for everything from Cure Kids Cancer to Papers in Education. In addition, he has written four sci-fi/thriller screenplays.[1] He and his wife, Kris, have five children - three girls and twin boys. His girls are named Samantha "Sam" , Haily and Satori. His twin boys are named Austin and Logan. Jason's three girls and twin boys consider Grant an adopted uncle, and Grant's kids view Jason the same way. Their wives, also friends, respect TAPS' mission, but keep their distance. Each has asked her husband not to bring his paranormal work home.
His own highly personal paranormal experience (which he prefers not to discuss) prompted Jason to do more than wonder about an afterworld. He launched TAPS from a spare room of his apartment.
Hawes and Grant Wilson are best friends, and are coworkers sharing a day job as plumbers for a company named Roto Rooter. Also, Hawes and Wilson participate in ghost hunting events available to the public. More recently TAPS has offered an event solely hosted by the TAPS members.
The personal Ghost Hunting events have gained more and more popularity and viewers over the years with television celebrity guests. TAPS co-hosts events in locations such as the Stanley Hotel In Colorado, the Queen Mary Ocean Liner in California and the St. Augustine Lighthouse in Florida.
Grant Steven Wilson is the co-founder (with Jason Hawes) of The Atlantic Paranormal Society (TAPS), based in Warwick, Rhode Island, and participant and co-producer of the Sci-Fi Channel's Ghost Hunters, which has just finished its fourth season. He and his wife, Reanna, have three sons named Connor, Noah, and Jonah. His hobbies include writing and illustrating fantasy characters and role-playing game characters, in addition to web design. He also plays piano and guitar.
Wilson and fellow TAPS founder, Jason Hawes are longtime coworkers at their day job as plumbers for Roto Rooter.[1] Wilson and Hawes, as well as other members of the group TAPS, frequently give lectures at schools and conventions. Wilson is also available to be scheduled on ghost hunting trips.
He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and served a two-year mission in Italy.
Also, Hawes and Wilson participate in ghost hunting events available to the public. More recently TAPS has offered an event solely hosted by the TAPS members. The personal Ghost Hunting events have gained more and more popularity over the years with television celebrity guests. TAPS co-hosts events locations such as the Stanley Hotel in Colorado and the RMS Queen Mary ocean liner in California.
Ghost Hunters has attracted various critics and skeptics, such as Joe Nickell of the Committee for Skeptical Inquiry, Skeptical Inquirer author, Lynne Kelly, James Randi, and Benjamin Radford. The Skeptical Analysis of the Paranormal Society (SAPS) was founded with the intent to recreate and debunk segments of the show.
Critics point to a lack of scientific methodology and critical examination in their investigations as well as questionable production aspects involving editing, action that is rarely captured on tape, and findings that are unsupported by evidence. Tools are used in ways that are not proven effective, or in ways in which they have been proven ineffective, such as infrared thermometers that are claimed to detect cold spots in the middle of rooms when such tools are able only to measure the surface temperature of objects.
Techniques with thermal imaging cameras, Geiger counters, electronic voice phenomenon, and EMF detectors are used with little or no explanation as to how the techniques have proven to provide evidence of ghosts or other entities. Concerns with regard to how the devices are used are common, such as how Benjamin Radford puts it in an article for CSI, "you may own the world's most sophisticated thermometer, but if you are using it as a barometer, your measurements are worthless. Just as using a calculator doesn't make you a mathematician, using a scientific instrument doesn't make you a scientist."
Accusations of faking evidence
Controversy followed the seven-hour long, live Halloween show on October 31, 2008 where at least two events took place that critics have attacked: One is where Grant Wilson, a lead investigator, has his jacket collar pulled down by an unseen force three times, all the while one of his hands remained suspiciously at his side which lead detractors to claim he was pulling a hidden string. Another is when a supposed disembodied voice tells the hunters, "You're not supposed to be here." Critics have claimed the voice sounded as if it was piped in from an external audio source. Video of the incidents have been meticulously scrutinized on various websites. In regards to the scrutiny, Grant and Jason defended themselves stating that they are accused of faking evidence all the time and maintain that everything in the show is real.
Ghost Hunters International is a welcomed spin off series which premiered Wednesday, January 9, 2008 and features investigators Robb Demarest, Shannon Sylvia, Barry Fitzgerald (who appeared in the summer 2007 Ireland episodes of Ghost Hunters), Andy Andrews, Brian Harnois, and Donna La Croix. The format is similar to Ghost Hunters but features investigations in various locations around the world. In mid season one, Donna, Brian and Shannon have departed the show and have been replaced by Dustin Pari and newcomer Brandy Green.

Susan Sheppard the creator of the Haunted Parkersburg Ghost Tours, she is also well respected for her abilities as a psychic medium. She has worked as psychic and a spiritualist medium since age fourteen and as a paranormal investigator for the last decade. This came about when her friends overheard a well-known psychic tell Susan that she, too, had "the gift" and should use her special abilities to help others. This was no surprise to Susan's family who had witnessed her uncanny abilities since early childhood.
Her West Virginia childhood might have some bearing on her interest in the paranormal. Sheppard is "Black Dutch," meaning she is descended from the less than 850 Shawnee Indians who remained east of the Mississippi River after the other Shawnee (during the "Trial of Tears" removal) were forced onto reservations out west in the 1830s. Susan, along with others in the Friend family, is a direct descendent of Shawnee Chief Big Thunder through his daughter, Bright Lightning, whose name was anglicized to "Anna Friend."
Susan grew up just a few hills away from the first sighting of the famous West Virginia Mothman. It was during this time that Sheppard’s family home underwent a great deal of paranormal activity sparking her interest in the unknown while tapping into her natural psychic talents. However, Sheppard has had direct communications with spirits of her Native American ancestors since around age four when she met the ghosts of two Indian braves on the hillside above her grandparent's house in broad daylight. Though very small, she understood the braves to be both her ancestors and her guides. Ms. Sheppard’s adolescence was spent partly doing psychic readings along with school work and sometimes working with local law enforcement on missing person cases. She later grew up with the aspirations of becoming a published author and an artist, both of which she achieved. Sheppard has authored a number of popular books which are sold worldwide and has continued with her art in many venues. Her poetry alone has won many prestigious awards.
Susan has never strayed from her interests in the spirit world and has continued to work in the field as a medium, as well as a practicing astrologer. In the last few years she has worked primarily as a psychic medium and a paranormal investigator on various ghost hunts and investigations. She also leads séances, does clearings and performs platform style readings before the public for which she is the most famous in her area.
Last year, Susan was featured on the ABC Family Channel’s popular show “Scariest Places on Earth” as a psychic medium at the Shawnee Amusement Park in Bluefield, West Virginia. She has previously taught “Be Your Own Psychic” classes at the Self-Health & Awareness Center and continues appear before audiences and live television as a psychic medium.
Not only is Susan an exceptional psychic, she is knowledgeable in the field of the unknown. She remains up-to-date on the latest developments in research concerning the paranormal. Contact her at sheppard@wirefire.com

"When I was attacked in my own home by an unknown and unseen spirit or entity I wanted to know what was going on and why. It didn't take very long for me to find out I had to get the answers myself." At that moment a paranormal investigator was born.
Today, NorCal Paranormal Investigators, Inc. is comprised of a very close-knit team of paranormal investigators. Each one bringing their own special insight into the group forming a unique combination of old style common sense, science and psychic abilities. Not your typical Ghost Hunters. Doug said, "We understand the fears and concerns that people have, as we have also experienced what they are going through. We're here to help people understand what they are experiencing and conquer their fears." Richard L. Smith Investigator, EVP specialist, author, and founder/webmaster of www.paratexas.com. As a paranormal Investigator, Rich was naturally led into the study of Electronics Voice Phenomena because of his background in electronics, beginning with schooling and service with US Naval Intelligence (aviation) in the operation and maintenance of audio and video analysis systems of radio and radar signals.
Rich's approach to EVP study has taken him beyond the normally "random" EVP audio presentations usually seen by the public, and his criteria requires that the spirit take the time to communicate back and forth with reliability and purpose. He has identified particular spirits by name, some who are acting as "guides" for him, and others who are just what he refers to as "spirit companions".
One spirit in particular who calls herself "Rachael" has a seven year history of EVP communication with Richard, and claims to have lived with him in a previous incarnation as his wife while he was a merchant sea captain in the late 1700's and early 1800's.
Rich gives private instruction in EVP technique in Alvin, Texas www.evpschool.com and is the renowned author of the book "Everyplace I Go is Haunted"

Coast to Coast AM airs on more than 500 stations in the U.S., as well as Canada, Mexico and Guam, and is heard by nearly three million weekly listeners. Broadcasting live Monday thru Sunday from 1 - 5 a.m. ET, it is the most listened to overnight radio program in North America.
George Noory, host of the nationally syndicated program, Coastto Coast AM, says if he weren’t a national radio talk show host he’d be in politics. Heard by millions of listeners, Coast To Coast AM airs on approximately 500 stations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Guam.
While hosting The Nighthawk, a wildly successful, late-night program on KTRS in St. Louis, Noory was recruited by Premiere Radio Networks to guest host on Coast to Coast AM with Art Bell. He became the permanent host of the phenomenally successful over-night program on January 1, 2003, following Bell’s retirement. Since then, Noory’s audience has continued to grow.
Noory captivates program listeners with his discussions of paranormal phenomena, time travel, alien abductions, conspiracies and all things curious and unexplained. He is driven, he has said, by the desire to solve the great mysteries of our time. From his first days as a radio broadcaster he says, “I’ve wanted to cover stories that the mainstream media never touch—the unusual, the paranormal and things like that. I learned that broadcast was the best business for exploring these issues, and I’ve been doing it for 33 years.”
He dates his interest in these matters to a book by Walter Sullivan, We Are Not Alone, that his mother gave him when he was 13. He was hooked.
Prior to his late-night show on KTRS, Noory had an extensive broadcast career. He started in radio at WCAR-AM in Detroit where his first-ever interview was with nuclear physicist and UFO expert Stanton Friedman. From 1974-1978, he served as news producer and executive news producer at WJBK-TV. At age 28, he became the youngest major market news director in the country at KMSP-TV in Minneapolis.
Noory was also the director of news planning and development at KSTP-TV in Minneapolis, was news director at KSDK-TV in St. Louis and the recipient of three Emmy Awards while a news executive.
He was born, raised and educated in Detroit. He has three children and three grandchildren. He served nine years in the U.S. Naval Reserve.
Coast to Coast AMis the most listened to overnight radio program in the country and is broadcast live, Monday-Sunday from 1-5 a.m. ET.
Art Bell is no ordinary talk show host, not just because "Coast to Coast AM" is the dominant live all-night show in America today, but because Art's a true radio fanatic, the ultimate "new media" personality. How many hosts get off the air after a four hour show, turn on another microphone, and talk to fellow Ham operators around the country? How many talk hosts have the engineering know-how to produce their own show, run their own technical board, and generally control the ebb and flow of the show from the first on- air minute to the last? Art Bell's grasp of the electronic revolution--and how to make it personal--is unique; he's a talk show host primed to influence 21st century America in more ways than one.
Although there's something distinctly "new century" about the Art Bell mystique, Art's upbringing was unusually traditional. The son of a Marine Colonel father and a Drill Sergeant mother, Art developed a taste for news and analysis at an early age; he knew that current events could have a significant--and immediate--impact on his life; the family could be re- stationed for the slightest geopolitical reason. Art made a point of staying tuned into world events--in other words, he became a news junkie.
By the age of 13, Art was an FCC licensed radio technician. A few years later, as a young airman, Bell and an equally foolhardy buddy built their own pirate radio station right on Amarillo Air Force base, secretly broadcasting rock 'n' roll to appreciative locals. These kinds of antics were not limited to bootleg military radio. As a civilian DJ, Art Bell landed in the Guinness Book of Records for a 116 hour (and 15 minutes) solo broadcast marathon "playing the hits" on KSBK on Okinawa, Japan. Then he raised money in Alaska that allowed Art to charter a DC 8, fly to Vietnam and rescue 130 Vietnamese Orphans stranded in Saigon at the war's end. They were eventually all brought to America and adopted by American families. Art's no-nonsense demeanor doesn't fool his listeners who sense he's more complex underneath.
Art Bell's political views are complex as well. He spent years on the island of Okinawa, living a Japanese lifestyle and working for KSBK, the only English speaking station in Asia; it gave him a Pacific Rim perspective and a grasp of international affairs that few talk show hosts really have. That plus his military background and his love of the news, made Art Bell a natural talk show host, a man who understood how politics, human nature, and cultural dynamics can affect national and international stability for better or for worse.
Art became immersed in the high tech world of cable television, eventually leaving radio to be part of building what became known as "Prime Cable." As Chief Engineer for Times Mirror in Las Vegas, Art was on the fast track. His radio life had faded but not his radio love; before long Art was back at a microphone. When the 50 thousand watt giant in Las Vegas, KDWN offered him the chance to broadcast all night to 13 Western states, he grabbed the opportunity and never looked back.
Later, a chance to go network opened up and Chancellor Broadcasting Company was created. But that presented a new challenge when it came to the radio world. Nobody thought all-night live radio had a future after Larry King abandoned his throne. Advertisers thought no one would listen anymore. "Coast to Coast AM with Art Bell" proved them wrong, and now proudly a part of Premiere Radio Networks, Art Bell is back hosting the weekend version of Coast to Coast.
Art connects to his audience not just by the full force of modern technology from satellite to Internet to fax, but also by his unique view of the world, and a daring to pose all questions, no matter what the answer. When Art flips that switch and says "from the high desert and the great American Southwest," he's talking to millions of Americans who want to be part of a unique experience.
If you've ever sat in a darkened cockpit, in front of a twinkling control panel, and prepared for a night flight, you know the feel of what all-night radio can be like--the excitement of knowing that you'll be flying high and covering great distances while others are asleep. On "Coast to Coast AM" Art Bell is at the controls, guiding his millions of national listeners through the night's news, and bringing them in for a safe landing by dawn. That's Art Bell, and that's the Art Bell show. His fans know the feeling very well.
In the basement of Ian Punnett's childhood home, a step ladder led to the entrance of a dark crawl space that ran under the back porch. This creepy, lightless hole was just tall enough for a small boy to stand up in, so whenever it was time to retrieve some boxes like Christmas decorations or summer clothing, young Ian would be called upon to breach the blackness.
Armed only with a flashlight to battle the ghosties and ghoulies and all the other creatures he imagined lived in that hole, Ian would bravely step into the unknown whenever duty called.
With that same spirit, Ian Punnett has been exploring the night regularly on Coast to Coast AM since 1998.
In fact, if Coast to Coast were a branch of the military, Ian would be a veteran reservist having served alongside every Coast to Coast host in the show's history. For years, even while performing his own daily talk show and attending seminary, Ian hosted Sunday night's "Coast to Coast AM with Ian Punnett" until leaving for a new talk radio project in the Twin Cities and making way for George Noory.
Back home again every Saturday night, Ian once more will make his way up the step ladder, flashlight in hand to search for everything that can be discovered after dark.

UFO'S THE REAL TRUTH IN WHAT MANY SAY AND BELIEVE
... And What Do We Really Think We Know!
By Tyler Stephens
Many today believe that UFO, USOs and the Alien agenda is very real. But no matter how many photos, films and wittness come forth the goverments and those in power in the wold deny the existence. Tou can say the same for ghosts, Bigfoot, and nessie. If the goverment does not say it is real then the public is supposed to believe them. and live by it.
Unidentified flying object (commonly abbreviated as UFO or U.F.O.) is the popular term for any aerial phenomenon whose cause cannot be easily or immediately identified. Both military and civilian research show that a significant majority of UFO sightings have been identified after further investigation, either explicitly or indirectly through the presence of clear and simple explanatory factors (see Occam's Razor). The United States Air Force, which coined the term in 1952, initially defined UFOs as those objects that remain unidentified after scrutiny by expert investigators, though the term UFO is often used more generally to describe any sighting unidentifiable to the reporting observer(s). Popular culture frequently takes the term UFO as a synonym for alien spacecraft. Cults have become associated with UFOs, and mythology and folklore have evolved around the phenomenon. Some investigators now prefer to use the broader term unidentified aerial phenomenon (or UAP), to avoid the confusion and speculative associations that have become attached to UFO.
