Kerry Von Erich Professional Wrestler. Known as "The Modern Day Warrior," he was the 3rd Von Erich brother to turn professional, making his debut in 1979. He was a former NWA World Heavyweight, WWF Intercontinental and WCWA World champion.

There are real ghost that do haunt us, fear us, hate us despise us. Also there are true real ghosts haunting us that love us, care about us want us and need us. Through the ancient practice of calling up the dead through Necromancy I come across many answers to question. Some answers are the mundane. "I am fine," or "the world is forever blessed." But I also question the dead for answers to questions I have as well as others.
Ghosts as many today believe are the consciousness of deceased humans. Also as the presumed general premises goes, is that certain ghosts are ‘stuck’ in the material realm. Yes many are stuck but what we need to realize is they are stuck because they chose to be. In general many are discovering that many spooks and shades that haunt us are here purely because the decided to be here. These ghosts are considered the curious souls, or as they preferred to be acknowledged as the Fortunate Ones.
These Fortunate Ghosts are what many liken to The Ghost of Hungry ghost Month. Ancestor ghosts that stay around to watch over their Legacies'. They also haunt a family member to try to get them to change their lives. like a good sheppard guiding it's flock. Many ghosts say this is what they call "The Great Work" of the Holy Ghost. That to lead a family line on the path of righteousness.
Kevin Von Erich use to come into my restaurant in 1993. I owned the Marshall, Texas restaurant called Jitterbugs. It was on the square. Every day Kevin would come in for lunch but i could not tell him to his face at the time because I saw his deep deep hurt. I also Knew Mr. Fritz well but could only see the pain and would dare not tell him that he had spoken to me for fear that I was or would be causing them more pain then they needed at the time.
"You really do not have a clue to what this is really like." " I see you but it is a weird you !" "Don't you Know Me... it's Kerry... Kerry Von Erich, ...And I am dead." These were the first words I heard when Kerry came to me the day he died so tragically by his own hand. And I knew why he had come.
Kerry came to me that day and I will never forget the things we discussed. From the fate of his everlasting left behind legacy to the things and people who's lives he touched. I believe with it his passing I learned many things. I have never revealed the full story before to anyone about what he spoke to me about that day in February. Maybe some day I will maybe someday not.
Kerry was the son of wrestler Fritz Von Erich. His brothers, David, Kevin, Mike, and Chris, were also wrestlers. Kerry was also a standout in high school track and field and possessed a record-breaking discus throw. He debuted in his father's promotion, NWA Texas/Big Time Wrestling on June 17, 1979 against Gary Hart. In Big Time Wrestling, he held many Texas Tag Team and American Tag Team titles. Many years prior in our teens Kerry and I had become close friends. We actually hunted for ghost together in Eastern Texas many a night.

In later years Kerry had a history of drug problems, and drugs may have been a factor in the motorcycle crash in 1986 that cost him his right foot. Kerry Von Erich committed suicide by shooting himself with a 44 caliber handgun in the chest, at his father's ranch in Denton, Texas, on February 18, 1993. It was only one day after being indicted on a drug charge.
His interment was located at Grove Hill Memorial Park in Dallas. And to his grave each year I make a pilgrimage and leave him a single yellow rose. To this day I would love to speak to Kerry again. But the only time he came to me was that day he died. And strangely we were kids again giving each other answers to the questions we often would so long ponder.
Others who put out into the world their paranormal opinions, have so come to the confusing conclusion that some ghosts may be unaware that they are ghosts and/or they are unable to understand or actually know the exact actions/steps or understand what is necessary to ‘move on.’" Kerry told me that basically they missed what many call the bright warm surrounding peaceful light.
Well yes and no to that theory is what many a ghost have related to me since the time Kerry came to me. They say in the beginning some do not know they are dead but many will tell you that it is realized by all very quickly. When Kerry first came to me he told me he knew he was dead and was keeping the promise we made so long ago to let the other know personally that ghosts are real. And there was a great city of gold in the clouds a Heaven, and a infernal bottomless pit of a fiery Hell. And if you believe it, it's real!
Kerry also told me how many ghost just need a moment that tell them everything is a OK. Relax. Like someone giving you a tap out or squeezing your fingers. There is also a code amongst well taught wrestlers. for your opponent to put a finger in the jobbers or "bottom man wrestler" hand as a sort of "check in" when the "jobber or match loser " has become non-verbal, such as may happen as they reach subspace. In this scenario the "bottom man " squeezes the "top man's" finger to indicate OK.
"When I died, I did not know I was dead until another ghost told me." "I just thought I was really dreaming I did not realize the time."
I told him straight out that day. Go rest now Kerry, your new life instantly has only now just begun. Now you can walk with your brand new leg. I can see the SMILE on your face as you walk all around in this beautiful place.
Kerry then said to me. "From what I surmise over here it is a goodbye that's all anyone wants." "But Nobody knows what that means until you can't say it or hear it." "Lisa Lee, you just don't know what it means to say goodbye". "And damn girl, you should have never let go of that Corvette."
Each year I go to the grave with a yellow rose that I leave in just a memory. A remembered promise I made so, so long ago as he did to me. I leave a yellow rose for him and always say aloud. Kerry a good friend like you was hard to find, and damn near hard to loose. You will be ever to me so-so impossible to ever really ever whole heartedly forget.
The year he died I did go to the New Orleans 1993 to see the famous Mardi Gras celebrations, but it was a dream and Kerry was there. He told me in my dream as he held my attention with those deep sky blue blue eyes. " So until Lisa Lee and all I love gather, we meet." ... "Again!" And no matter how far the great divide that we are apart as we are now." " You all will always be in my heart." " And that I do now believe."
And from me Goodbye, You get to a point where you are really numb and you have to hurt yourself too see if your still alive. And I'm squeezing my own fingers now.
