Hi My name is Louise and I live in central florida. I
have a photo I took a couple of months ago in my
backyard of a fairy visiting my garden.

I have the original picture and a cropped close up of it.

The other photo I have was taken in the late 1980s when my
son was graduating from 6th in the auditorium.

The orb is to the left of him. This is one of the most
clearest orbs I've ever seen. You can see it's a
woman. You can see her eyes, her nose, her lips, and
her hair. Thanks for letting me share these photos
with you.

Kirster and I where practing on our piano and
we heard a door open and shut.Then we heard humming coming from the
hall. We thought it was a person. But then we heard highheeled shoes
walking across the room but nobody was there. Then I heard not only humming
but I heard signing to. Then the other room door opend and closed. Then
the humming got louder and louder but we tried to egnor it.Then the
lights went out the humming stoped the door closed. Then it ended. Ever
since then strange things have been happing in the church But nobody knows
why.........

The "Victim of the beast 666"

We are currently doing some research on Lily Edith Gray. She is buried in the Salt Lake City Cemetery and has one of the most well known headstones in Utah folklore. Below her dates of birth and death, 1881-1958, is an inscription “Victim of the beast 666". There is very little known information about her, however she was fairly new to the Salt Lake area, married, and died in an area hospital of “natural causes”. Her husband outlived her by several years and is buried on the opposite side of the cemetery. I hope to soon have some more insight into this Utah enigma.

I've attached several photos for your review. Let me know what you
think. I first encountered the ORBS at the haunted Stanley Hotel in Estes Park,
CO, this last weekend (8/13/06).

I never suspected that they could follow me home and at first there was only one or two but I've seen several in one picture. I would like to think this is because of dust or something but when I zoom in on the ORBS they look like amebas. I'm now using your advise and have placed out bowls of vineger and picked up Banishing Herbs and Sage to burn in the house. I hope it works.

I believe I encountered Resurrection Mary one night in 1976. I believe it was summer. I had never heard of the story of her until I told the story of my sighting to my then girlfriends family about 3 mos later. I was driving on Archer Ave., heading south at about 3 or 4 am. I was alone and very tired. I saw what seemed to be a young girl appear on the side of the road wearing a white dress. I didn 't notice any shoes or a handbag as I have read in other stories. As I sped past her I quickly hit my brakes and looked back to see if the girl needed help, but she had vanished. At first I just shook it off as a sleep deprived hallucination, but after hearing the story of Mary, I believed I had seen her. The area and the details of the way she looked were just too coincidental.

Hopkin's Hollow

I was recently on a trip back home to Rhode
Island and my friends and I decided to take a trip to some haunted
cemetaries. We ended up in between Exter and North Kingston at a cemetary
called Hopkin\'s Hollow. As soon as we walked towards the gates to the
cemetary my three friends and I all felt as if someone was pushing down on
us with a huge amount of pressure. We all had some trouble walking.
Nobody in our group knew anything about the past of the cemetary. So we
continued walking throughout taking pictures catching some orbs here and
there. My best friend decided to tell us that the last time he was there
he heard a blood-curdling scream in the woods surrounding and they
bolted out. AS we continued taking pictures an eerie feeling came about
even more than before. I took a picture right in front of my face and
looked really quickly and I had caught some plasma. Not two minutes later
did the blood curdling scream happen. Then my best friend and I heard
giggling of lil kids. At first we thought there were people playing a
prank on us until we realized we were in the middle of nowhere and there
was nothing but woods around us for about twenty minutes. We stayed for
a lil bit longer not leaving each other\'s side. When we finally
decided to leave, I kept having this feeling that someone was walking behind
us. I quickly looked over my shoulder, of course being paranoid, and I
saw a man in a black shirt and black hat about two feet behind me. I
thought it might be a friend of mine until I asked where he was and he
was right in front of me. After that we basically ran out of the
cemetary. It was fun in a sense but creepy at the same time. I loved to go back
but I thought you guys might get something out of this story and maybe
know something behind it.

Here's a photo of a boy taken in the 1940's. i don't know what kind of camera was used, but the photo is black and white. it was taken in the small historical town, of goliad, tx. there was a massacre here a long time ago. this was taken in front of a lot of rocks at the underpass. if you look behind the boy and to the right of him, you will clearly see the face of a lady. if you look closely, you will see many more faces through out the whole picture. some faces look like they are in pain, or terror. this is a very interesting photo, and would appreciate any analysis, comments or suggestions.

This is a photo of my cat Rudy and what i think is the ghost of his brother Banjo flying over the bed. Banjo was put down three months ago because of serious health problems. And it seems now adays more so then often when ever he is around Rudy reacts to it. For no reason his hair stands up and he gets this wild eyed look, So I waited until he did and then snapped this picture.

HELLO THERE I have lived in a few haunted place
here in Roanoke, Va. One\'s at 621 Highland Avenue S.E.
THE second one is 513 Mountain Ave S.W. & I have orbe\'s in my
apartment I live in now. Also a spirit or demon tried to suck my roommates
breathe out of him. And my husband Larry lived at serval haunted place
including his Mom & Dad house has spirits in the basement area where he
use to live. Also 1624 Chapman Avenue, and 533 Mountain Avenue use to be
a old war hospital& so did 1624 Chapman Ave. I \'ve seen & felt spirits
every where I\'ve lived. I thing some of them are good & other\'s are
evil.

For about half a year, I lived in a haunted house with a ghost that I think really thought was my friend. I`m not saying that he or she wasn`t my friend, I treated him or her like a friend. But I still wonder why he or she was there in the first place.

It started when I first got to my haunted house. When I stepped in the door I felted like I was being watched.I was in there for a few minutes when I started to feel a little sick and tired.I didn`t tell mom because she was to busy ingoring me.The room in the gargage was my room and no matter how muched I told mom how much she was "showing the love", I still got the room.For a few days, I didn`t notice any thing.But as soon as we were all moved in, my sences whent nuts. My feeling would blaze only about sad and not under standing things even if they were the simplest things and when I was suppost to be happy, I would think of a sad thing that happened, and I didn`t know it even happened!I would just start thinking about a teenager dead.

I will never forget what happen in that house.Sure, I had screams, orbs, and even a cold spot where my pillow was,But never these 2 things.

The first one happened one night when I was sleeping.I woke up because I heard a loud crash in the living room next to my mom door, I waited for mom to come, but she didn`t. I thought she would come because it was kind of loud.So I whent out to check what it was.I saw a glowing mist shape like a teenager, but I being a 12 year old girl who get scared easily, I couldn`t tell if it was a boy or girl.When it faded, I ran back to my room a blacked out because it scared me a little to much.The secound one happened in oct.I ran house from school because it was the worst day ever (I`m not a drama queen, this was a real blow hard.) and I was crying on my pillow.I had swiched rooms with my brother after I told mom what happened (she didn`t believe me.) but the ghost still had a eye on me because I still felt watched.Then I heard the door open and felted a hand on my back rubbing up and down.It said,"It will be okay Ashleigh, it will be okay." so I thought it was my mom. I got up and saw nobody was there and the door open. That was the day I figured that the ghost that follows me around wants to be my friend and I`m am.

We were researching my ancestry at this obscure and very little known cemetery from the 1700's in Berks County PA. We took many pictures of the various revolutionary war soldiers and other graves. When we got home and downloaded the pictures I noticed something that I did not see when I took the picture.

 

My girlfriend said she felt someone else was there with us. Maybe it's one of my relatives.... It sure looks like the form of a man to me by that tree. I did say out loud before taking any pictures "Show Yourself Now." Do you think this was a response? Weird!

A FEW YEARS AGO I LIVED IN A CENTENNIAL HOME
WITH MY HUSBAND AND SMALL DAUGHTER. IT WAS SHORTLY AFTER CHRISTMAS AND
MY DAUGHTER HAD RECEIVED A \"BATH TIME BETTY DOLL\".

I WAS HOME ALONE ONE EVENING TAKING A BATH. I HAD USED THE TOILET
PRIOR TO GETTING INTO THE TUB AND HAD LEFT THE LID UP. FIFTEEN MINUTES
INTO MY BATH, A DOLL, WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY IN MY DAUGHTER\'S TOY NET,
HOOKED TO THE TUB BEGAN SINGING. NOW MIND YOU, THIS DOLL HAD A BELLY
BUTTON THAT STUCK OUT FROM IT\'S BODY ABOUT AN INCH, IT HAD TO BE PUSHED
FOR IT TO SING.

I OPENED UP MY SHOWER CURTAIN TO FIND THE DOLL SITTING ON TOP OF THE
TOILET LID, SINGING REPEATEDLY. I REMOVED THE BATTERIES OF THE DOLL AND
NEVER REINSERTED ANY. I WOULD HAVE GUESSED IT A MALFUNCTION OF SOME
SORT, BUT IT WAS IN THE TOY NET WHEN I GOT IN... ON THE TOILET WHEN IT
STARTED SINGING AND GOT OUT.

I GOT RID OF THE DOLL SOME YEARS AGO, BUT IF I\'D KNOWN THERE WERE
PEOPLE WHO\'D COLLECTED THEM, I\'D GLADLY HAVE GIVEN IT AWAY---FREE OF
CHARGE!

I worked in a nursing home and most of us aides experienced many strange stories about ghosts. We aides are also the ones who have to prepare the bodies for the morgue.

I have many a story regarding a nursing home that I worked in for many years. It was built on a multiple gravesight where over 3,000 bodies were buried during a plague in the 1800s. The bodies were moved to a different place but the hauntings in that nursing home were incredible. Not far over from the site was also a sacred native burial ground

There was not an aide who was not afraid to work on the 4th floor at night. I remember one night when I worked on this floor. We had baby monitors for some of the ailing residents, so we could keep an ear open if they were having difficulty. This one man had one. I heard sounds coming from his room, so I went down with my flashlight to check on him. As I turned into his room I saw a huge black caped shape hovering over his bed. It disappeared when I turned the light on. But scared the heck out of me. This man passed away that night. Approximately 4 hours later. These baby monitors picked up some very eery sounds. Sometimes they would crackle and not work for no apparent reason.

This same night I could hear someone rolling a marble down a hall. Then children giggling. Well as we all know in the middle of the night there are no children around in a nursing home. When both of us aides who worked that night listened we noticed the sound came from the floor above us. That floor only contained a boiler.

My grandmother resided on that very same floor when she became quadrapoligic. I once went into her room to ask her how she was doing. She asked me if I saw the face outside the window? She was on the forth floor with no surrounding buildings. I knew my grandmother was fully coherant. When I turned around to look out the window there was a native dressed head bobbing up and down looking into her room. I became frightened and my grandmother said calmly "Do not be afraid child, the dead cannot harm you like the living can"

I could go on and on regarding this nursing home. There were many stories about it.

Fort Derussy Louisiana. I don't have any pictures but I could write you a book on the things that have been seen and heard there.The graveyard is an old battle ground sight,the Civil War was fought there.If you go around September or October you can hear people screaming and cannons going off,etc...

I was recently on a mission trip to south-eastern Iowa. The house in which I was staying noises were frequently heard. We continually heard laughter coming from the guest bedroom which was not being used. Footsteps were also heard, although less frequently than the laughter. The feet outside our door were usually heard shortly after the laughter. It would occur from 2am to about 5am. It happened most of the nights we stayed in the house. The woman that owned the house told us that the house was the site of a lynching.

 

Shortly after returning from the mission trip, I had some of the
pictures developed. The pictures turned out fine, but for some reason one
seemed to have a flaw. Upon closer inspection we discovered a figure in
the foreground. I have enclosed the picture. I assure you that it is not

I stayed at the Myrtles on 06/10/06 in the Fannie Williams room, which is a whole other story, however I took a picture on the mirror in the entry way and you can clearly see a form of a young lady in the mirror, I believe this is Chloe.

We have a haunted house in Starke, Florida. It is on Cherry Street. There has been many sightings of a ghost woman in white. Also white balls have appeared in the windows. It is also
supposedly the 7th most haunted house in Florida.

Well, I am 11 years old, and my little sisters Guinnevere and Savannah Katherine got new Furbys from our local Wal-Mart, in Winchester Indiana. Guinnevere got a white Furby with Pink and Black Hair. Savannah Katherine got a Creamy colored Furby with Tan hair.
As soon as we brought them home, the girls were eager to play.
Guinnevere’s Furby was telling stories, and singing; Functioning as it should,
while Savannah Katherine’s Furby was always being mad, or not wanting to
play, as this was abnormal. We had Savannah Katherine’s Furby for about
a month, and it was acting up. I decided to spend the night with my
mom, because I live with my great grandparents. When I went over to her
house, my mom had told me about the Evil Furby. I thought she was just
joking, but she wasn’t. My mom was in the kitchen making supper, and the
furby was in the dining room. I walked through the dining room and the
furby was sleeping. As soon as I passed, it opened it’s eyes and gave
off the most evil glare. My mom walked by to go get the baby. “Mommy!
The furby is acting weird.” I said. She knew that a man had died in the
house, but he wasn’t evil, because she had met him before, in spiritual
form. Later that night, my mom walked by the furby to lay the baby to
sleep, and it yelled “$H!T on YOU!” “What did you say!” My mom asked the
furby. “What?” The furby yelled. My mom claimed that the furby was
possessed. I started to cry, because I was afraid it might hurt me. My mom
threw it in the playroom in the dark. Furbys are programmed to sleep in
the dark, but not this one. “You can’t make me leave!” The furby said.
“In the Holy Name of Jesus Christ! I Rebuke you!” My mom yelled as she
took the porcelain cross off of the wall and held it up in the Lord’s
holy name. “NO!” the furby said in a demonic voice. “You must leave! In
the name of Jesus!” We heard the furby moan and all of the sudden it
was quiet.

This was taken on Christmas Day, 2005. No one was smoking at the time. On my son's face is what looks to me like misty fingers. There is also a small orb on his sleeve, but it's very hard to see.

Probably the most important thing is that when things get really bad
and the world looks its darkest, you just have to throw up your hands and
say "Well, alright!" cause it's probably gonna get a whole hell of a
lot worse.

My Aunt and Uncle live in the Town of Unionvale,
NY on Clove Rd. just down the way from the Clove Cemetery. This
cemetery has graves that range from the late 1600s to present times. When I
was younger my family would travel from Buffalo to my Aunt\'s house
every Thanksgiving, and a tradition with my cousins and I was to go play
hide and go seek at dusk in the cemetery. One time while I was hiding i
looked towards the back of the cemetery and saw what looked like a
woman walking a dog towards me, but looked as though she was not moving at
all. I didn\'t think much of it till I looked again and saw she had
vanished and I didn\'t see anyone walking a dog anywhere around there. I
went over to where I had seen her and found a grave of a woman that had
died at a older age and a smaller grave stone of a dog burried next
her. That was one of my first encounters with the paranormal. It is a
very beautiful cemetery too. Always has been a high point in my
childhood.

Weather reports confirm the series of deadly tornados which have swept across the state of Tennessee. News reports also verify the number of lives taken by these dangerous storms. While standing outside attempting to capture some amazing storm photos we encountered more than we expected to see. While standing on this hill looking toward the storm the air became very thick. We also took note of the feeling of electircity in the air.

 

Naturally with the storm growing closer it was easy to connect these feelings to the weather around us. We also noticed a heavy scent in the air of fresh flowers, almost a rose scent. Again this could easily be connected to the storm and wind gust. We were not looking for paranormal activity however it was clearly among us. In this photo of the storm you can clearly see a visitor in the photo whom was unseen to the naked eye.

It is also clear that they were watching the storm with us. I took the time to ask a few questions and do some research on this photo. What I learned was that less than a week prior to this photo being taken, a 19 year old man who lived in the area was struck by lightning and later died from the injuries at a local hospital. Could this be him standing beside us watching the lightning grow closer? Maybe it was a subtle warning! Either way, if you look at this photo there appears to be something paranormal happening.

The Haunted Tours in Williamsburg Virginia are
quite accurate, and have great tales. My husband went to use the restroom
after the ghost tour one evening in Willamsburg and no one else was in
the restroom with him. He kept hearing the door open and shut and the
water at the sink being turned on and off, he kept looking and no one was
around, and trust me before this happened to him he would have never
believed in ghosts. They do their tour by candlelight as well. They
have very good guides and it is very interesting as well as educational.
I noticed you had Salem Ma as #10 on your list, have done that as well,
I think they should be up higher on your list though. Ghost Lantern
Tours is the name of the haunted tour in Williamsburg VA

Haunted Cemetery in Western NY

It was voted the number one haunted place in Western NY on an October
Buffalo PBS special.

This cemetery is located in South Wales right outside of East Aurora
New York.

Goodleburg Cemetery Goodleburg Cemetery is located in Wales, NY. It is
small, located basically in the middle of nowhere. This cemetery is
very old, and contains the remains of at least one Revolutionary War
veteran.

The spot is very beautiful, though many headstones are
broken/vandalized. Tales abound of the 1800’s era abortion doctor who lived across the
road. he supposedly buried the aborted fetuses in the cemetery, and if
the mother did not survive the procedure, he would toss her body into
the cemetery’s pond.

Ghost stories include the apparitions of crawling babies, and the
sounds of babies crying. Also mentioned is the ghost of the doctor hanging,
after he took his own life from guilt. Another local Goodleburg legend
is that the area of the cemetery is home to the hellhounds - large,
ferocious ghostly dogs with glowing red eyes.

The Landon House in Urbana, MD is starting its
ghost walks in April. These candlelite tours will begin at 8:30pm and
will be given rain or shine on every friday night from April through
October. These tours are spooky fun for the whole family! You will learn
about the history and paranormal activity of the Landon House which was
used as a hospital during the Civil War as well as for the site of
Confederate Gen. JEB Stuart\'s famous Sabers and Roses Ball. The cost is
$10 per adult and $5 per child under 12. All proceeds go toward the MD
museum of Civil War History and the preservation efforts of the Landon
House.
