What many consider Real Ghost Hunting is actually banned in some really haunted locations around the world.
INVESTIGATING REAL GHOST HUNTING AND PARANOMAL INVESTIGATIONS HAPPENING ON HALLOWEEN NIGHT AROUND THE WORLD
BY CHASE MASON
Its Halloween night and your possibly bored searching for what is real about the ghost and paranormal activity. Yes ghost devil's witches and goblins, that is supposedly what this night is all about. The grand Vampire Balls have begun, séances to summon the long lost dead have been invoked. The best dressed costume parties or all now getting over as the Great Pumpkin still haunts Charlie Brown fades into the night.
You sigh ... because you know that there are no more really good horror movies or on TV.
Suddenly the clock strikes twelve and the witching hour is now really upon us. This of course as all should know by now is the actual real time when the real dead are supposedly let loose from hell and now ready to come to call.
Many thousands of real paranormal investigators and those just out for a cheap trick or treat thrill will be out this year searching for the dead. They also will be awaiting appearances by even the great Dark Lord Satan from the pits of Hell.
Many tales in blog's and chats speak of the Devil, his suffering mortal kidnapped captive bride, and his vast minions of demons that are said to only appear to the living on all Hallow's Eve. Many have by now, at least the brave ones, have journeyed to the now infamous locations of the Devil's Seven Gates To Hell. And to the Cemeteries where the Devil's Chairs or thrones are said to be located.
On a all Hallows Eve each year at the stroke of midnight all the seven gates of hell are said to be rent from their hinges and the evil dead are thought to be released once more into our world to haunt us.
There are many, many old graveyards and fancy new cemeteries across America and around the world today where such paranormal activity is said to linger.
Here at these many real gateways to Hell, you now must at this point think or believe, that by going there you personally enter into the realm of the diabolical evil fallen angel, the lord of hades himself.
These lost dark cemeteries are supernatural places said to be haunted and so terrifying that the Devil himself holds court with his many followers. And in the case of Stull Cemetery in Kansas, as his main witches Sabbath gathering!
This year it seems more then past the Law enforcement agency's around the world are out to curtail the active pursuit of paranormal phenomena by those that do it just for kicks. If your going to hunt for ghost on private properties or search for Satan then by all means you need permission to do so. Trespassing is a an offense punishable by jail time and or severe steep fines.
There are many locations that one most note even if haunted that you must seek out and get actual written permission to investigate if you plan to hunt ghost anytime of the year but most importantly don't just show up at a haunted hotspot and think that if someone questions you or catches you there that you can't go to jail.
"Unlawful entry" into haunted buildings, and even many public locations and don't forget private cemeteries is punishable by many state and government laws around the world.
From wikipedia:
Trespass (properly to go beyond, from Lat. trans, "across" + passus, "act of going from place to place"; French outrepasser is from Latin ultra = "beyond" + passus) is a legal concept, which refers to intrusion into another person's property. Trespass to land is a type of trespass, which can cause criminalor a tort liability. In England and Wales, while one can easily run into a notice warning that "trespassers will be prosecuted", it will only bring a civil liability, unless the trespass is aggravated.
Although criminal and civil trespass laws vary from each jurisdiction, the following facets are common:
Property owners and their agents (for example, security guards) may only use reasonable force to protect their property. For example, setting booby traps on a property to hurt trespassers and shooting at trespassers are usually forbidden except in extreme circumstances. Several US states, however, preserve to varying degrees the Castle Doctrine, a concept from English common law allowing the use of deadly force against trespassers. The US state of Texas in particular has especially broad guidelines for the acceptable use of deadly force.[1]
Not all persons seeking access to property are trespassers. The law recognizes the rights of persons given express permission to be on the property ("invitees") and persons who have a legal right to be on the property ("licensees") not to be treated as trespassers; for example, a meter reader on the property to read the meter. A police officer seeking to execute a warrant is a licensee. A surveyor studying the land for government use (usually map making). Someone such as a door-to-door salesman or missionary, would be a solicitor and not afforded the invitee exclusion to enter the private portion of the premises, and therefore be a trespasser. In a more recent case, Jehovah's Witnesses refused to get government permits to solicit door-to-door in Stratton, Ohio. In 2002, the case was heard in the U.S. Supreme Court. The Court ruled in favor of the Jehovah's Witnesses, holding that making it a misdemeanor to engage in door-to-door advocacy without first registering with the mayor and receiving a permit violate the first Amendment as it applies to religious proselytizing, anonymous political speech, and the distribution of handbills.[3]
Most jurisdictions do not allow "self-help" to remove trespassers. The usual procedure is to ask the trespassing person to leave, then to call law enforcement officials if they do not. As long as the trespasser is not posing an immediate threat, they cannot be removed by force. It is usually illegal to arrest a trespasser and hold them on the property until law enforcement arrives as this defeats the purpose of allowing them to cure the trespass by leaving. A large exception to this rule are railroads in the United States and Canada, who employ their own police forces to enforce state or provincial trespassing laws. Railroad police have the ability to independently arrest and prosecute trespassers without the approval or assistance of local law enforcement. Furthermore, in many jurisdictions, trespassing on railroad tracks is considered a very severe offense comparable to drunk driving, with severe fines imposed on the trespassers. Some jurisdictions even going so far as to impose fines higher than that of a drunk driving or marijuana possession conviction.
A sign warning against trespassing at Mater Dei High School in New Jersey
Most, though not all, jurisdictions allow "benevolent trespassing" for extreme situations. For example, if you have a car accident and somebody is injured, you may legally force entry into an empty building to call an ambulance. Similarly, if a structure is burning, one may forcibly enter to rescue a person trapped inside. The law assumes people will make a reasonable effort to notify property owners if possible.
Similarly, "Good Samaritan" laws take precedent over property laws where applicable. Civilians are afforded certain protection in emergencies - people cannot generally sue their would-be rescuers for breaking ribs attempting CPR, or damaging property while helping a person in need. Obviously, professionals (EMT, doctors, firefighters, etc.) are held to a higher standard, even when they're not "on the clock."
Marking property as private property can be done in a variety of ways. The most obvious way is to post a sign saying "No Trespassing" or "Private Property". However, a continuous fence has the same effect in most places. Many jurisdictions allow the use of markers when fencing would be impractical or expensive. For example, Ontario, Canada allows the use of red paint on landmarks such as trees to mark the boundaries of private property.
Property owners may allow some trespasses while excluding others. For example, a sign saying just "No Hunting" could conceivably allow hiking, snowmobiling or bird-watching, but would give notice to hunters that they would be trespassing if they entered onto the property.
Trespass is not limited to human beings. For example, the owner of cattle or dogs may be responsible for an animal's trespass in some jurisdictions. Furthermore, by causing an object to enter a property one can commit an act of trespass, whether it be earthworks, flood water, or objects thrown onto the property or allowed to travel onto the property.
Although trespass on private property is usually covered by a general provision, specific properties of high concern such as railways, motorways and military property are often covered under different legislation which carries greater penalties. e.g. in England and Wales, trespass is a civil offence, whereas "Trespassing on the Railway" is a criminal offence.
Ghost Hunting Is Off Limits In Some Very Notably Haunted Locations.
All Cemeteries are strictly off limits to ghost hunt in unless actual permission is granted. Do not do a self motivated midnight Halloween ghost tour or go to a haunted Cemetery unless on a private tour with someone who has actual written confirmed permission.
If you are not sure if your taking a ghost tour or on a ghost hunt tour that is approved to enter a real or reported location as a public building, abandoned building, cemetery or even a public street or road call the police... If a haunted tour guide cannot provide proof that they have special permission to be at this location then they go to jail and chances or you too will be having your own hell in a cell also. Permission of such is usually needed in writing even if the property owner or guarding or trustees of the site are present ion the property.
Remember public places and private you may need a permit to tour and all good ghost tours have permits with which they pay the cities to operate their tours public and privately.
And of course this is just as important as signing a actual waiver if you take a ghost tour that does a ghost hunt so that the property owner and ghost tour is not responsible for any physical injuries or future or mental problems from experience a real ghost or paranormal activity that might effect you in the future.
Haunted Places you just should not ever try to visit with out express written and documented permission are very much the most sought after haunted REAL ghost filled hotspots in the world.

THE TOP TEN BEST HALLOWEEN GHOST TOUR GHOST HUNT STORIES VIDEOS FROM AROUND THE WORLD
Peter Aykroyd spent his childhood watching his family’s parlor séances through the crack of a basement door. Here, for the first time, Aykroyd tells the strange and delightful story that inspired his son, Dan, to make the mega-hit, Ghostbusters. Part history, part family legend, A History of Ghosts starts in 1848 in upstate New York, where the spiritualist craze first began. Aykroyd introduces the reader to notable mediums while telling the story of the development of spiritualism, interweaving a personal history marked by a fascination with ghosts and spirits with the larger narrative about the role the paranormal has played in our culture. Such legendary figures as Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Harry Houdini appear and vanish.
Everyone loves a good ghost story. Successful TV shows such as Medium and Ghost Hunters are proof that our national obsession with ghosts is here to stay. Millions of Americans believe in the paranormal—and even skeptics have heard a bump in the night and suspected it might be something supernatural.
