You
can use just about anything
to make your very own voodoo
doll. Traditionally, Voodooists
have used whatever is indigenous
to their particular area. For
voodoo dolls in New Orleans,
Louisiana, it’s a lot
of moss used as stuffing, sticks
from local trees to form a cross
as a base for the doll.
Voodoo
dolls can be used to accomplish
a varied number of goals. They
can be used to acquire love
or luck, heal the sick, protection
from evil, as well as their
more infamous use.
Warning:
If you read any further. We
at Haunted America Tours take
no responsibility as a result
of your actions. You are truly
on your own!
Utilize your own very powerful
Voodoo Hoodoo Spells and Curses
at your own discretion. These
Particualer instructions are
as a Novelty curio design only.
Voodoo dolls or poppets have been made
in much the same way as they have always
been made. A practitioner uses materials
which are most often indigenous to their
area and more readily available. With
the advent of newer types of materials
and adhesives that is the only obvious
change in centuries. Your Voodoo doll
can be personally designed from crude
to rude to clothed or nude. The choice
is in your making.
The materials used to construct the
doll are as varied as the many regions
in which dolls were and still are constructed.
You’ll see older and newer dolls
of corn husk, paper, clay, wax, cloth,
cotton, mud, moss, straw, and any combinations
of these depending on where you are in
the world. Sometimes, these images are
also made for general purposes; so that
they can represent a particular person
and their many needs and desires, often
through a lifetime! Often some will buy
a simple doll and just call it by the
name of the intended victem.
SEAN PENN HAS A VOODOO TORTURED
DOLL
Hollywood activist Movie star
SEAN PENN has a plastic doll of
conservative US columnist ANN
COULTER that he likes to abuse
when angry. The Oscar-winner actor
has hated Coulter ever since she
blacklisted his director father
LEO PENN in her book TREASON.
And he takes out his frustrations
with Coulter, who is a best-selling
author, lawyer and television
pundit, on the Barbie-like doll.
In an interview with The New Yorker
magazine, Penn reveals, "We
violate her. There are cigarette
burns in some funny places. She's
a pure snake-oil salesman. She
doesn't believe a word she says."
Voodoo dolls are usually ritually baptized
in the name of the person to be hexed.
The voodoo doll Baptism ritual can consist
of actual real holy water, and a take
off of the catholic baptism rights. Identification
of the doll to the person by ritual conformation
is the first step to making the voodoo
come to life.
HOW TO BAPTIZE A VOODOO DOLL
I baptize thee Name, in
the name of the Father, Son and Holy
Ghost. In life this is now that who
I wish it to be. All that is done to
this doll happens now to Name
as I so do command.
As day goes by and time is infinite,
I alone now control the deepest desires,
dreams and actions of Name. Their
life is now mine to control, my purpose
alone and power over part of their stolen
soul.
May Name no pleasure or
profit see, unless it is now governed,
shaped and controlled only by me.
The doll’s intended purpose also
effects the look of the doll and how it
is made; another ancient practice still
used today.
All-purpose Voodoo dolls
bring love, money, good luck, or any other
need or desire we may have, into their
lives.
Voodoo dolls to dispel
things (bad habits, bad luck, etc.). First,
get a personal item (clothing, hair or
nail clipping, etc.) from the individual
you wish to affect and pin it to the doll.
HOW TO
MAKE A REAL NEW ORLEANS VOODOO
DOLL
New Orleans
Mischief Doll
So where
do we begin? Well, the nice
thing about this Voodoo Hoodoo
craft is that there’s
no wrong way to do it.
It’s
important to note right off
that choosing the supplies is
equally as important as the
construction. Because this is
an external representation of
your feelings, both the supplies
and the construction process
should reflect your own unique
style.
If,
for example, you prefer to sew,
just draw the pattern of a 8-inch
body on two pieces of fabric,
sew them together, stuff it,
decorate it with symbols, and
stick it (if you will). The
process described here, however,
is loosely based on the real
voodoo dolls of New Orleans,
which gives you a lot more of
your very own creative freedom.

Make
Your Own Voodoo Doll Directions
1. First,
create a simple cross with the
twigs or sticks. Tie with twine
or glue until somewhat sturdy.
2. Cover the
"skeleton Voodoo doll cross"
with some type of stuffing.
3. Next, cut
a piece of fabric large enough
to cover it completely. Lay
it over the doll in a diamond
shape--one corner at the bottom,
one at the top, etc.
4. Wrap the
fabric around the doll with
one hand, tying ribbon or twine
around the torso area with the
other. To make it look more
body-like, tie it in an x-like
shape, as in this example).
Also, be sure to tie around
the "arms" and the
base or "foot" area.
5. Now embellish
it with your chosen decorations.
Heart Lyrics
Voodoo Doll
You haunt
my room in the dead of night
I see your face in the firelight
Your hungry kiss I can’t
forget- but I won’t give
it to you yet
You got moves
that make a good girl sweat
You won’t catch me in
your net
You work your magic on my blues,
but I’m no slave for you
to use
I won’t beg and I won’t
crawl
I won’t be your voodoo
doll
Baby I won’t
be your voodoo doll
Stirring up
a potion of colors make me crazy
You got something I can’t
leave alone.
Shaking me, making me tremble,
you’re calling me baby
Heaven help me turn my heart
to stone.
Yeah, Yeah,
Yeah,
Hey moon man,
don’t shine on me.
You are dangerous company.
I got treasure in my chest and
the price is high for all the
rest
Ain’t no snake inside
my wall.
I won’t be your voodoo
doll
Baby, I won’t
be your voodoo doll

Brian Setzer lyrics
"Brian Setzer Hoodoo Voodoo
Doll lyrics"
Written by b. setzer
You say you love me baby
Well this ain’t no lost
and found
I’ve got just one deal
to make then I’ll be trouble
bound
They say that you’re a
doll, that with you I’ll
keep on winnin’
I think they’re talkin’
’bout the kind of doll
that you stick pins in
You’re my hoodoo voodoo
doll
You’re my hoodoo voodoo
doll
If you keep on sinnin’,
I’ll stick another pin
in
You’re my hoodoo voodoo
doll
I asked the fortune teller
where my love might be
She gazed into her crystal ball
then looked straight up at me
I told her when your eyes met
mine you cast an evil spell
I made a deal with the devil
man, my soul to him I’d
sell
You’re my hoodoo voodoo
doll
You’re my hoodoo voodoo
doll
If you keep on sinnin’,
I’ll just stick another
pin in
You’re my hoodoo voodoo
doll
Got your gris-gris and your
mojo, but it won’t work
on me
Now you’re mixin’
up some love potion #3
Got my deal signed in blood
and there ain’t no turnin’
back
Cost me all of my money and
my pink cadillac
You’re my hoodoo voodoo
doll
You’re my hoodoo voodoo
doll
If you keep on sinnin’,
I’ll stick another pin
in
You’re my hoodoo voodoo
doll
How
to properly dispose of a Cursed Dolls
On a Saturday, place the doll (or object)
in a clean white cloth, dig a hole in
the earth, far away from your home (on
Hallowed ground if possible), place the
cloth wrapped dolls in the hole and burn
them. Then, cover the ashes which remain
with Holy Water or May Water and cover
the hole over with the dirt. The earth
will recycle that negative energy very
quickly and turn it into positively and
Blessings. When you return home afterwards,
bathe very well, adding some Holy Water
or Florida Water to your bath.
